Do you have any proof of the international bodies marking Borno as a red zone? the boko haram terrorist organization are recognized because of there believed affiliation to ISIS which is recognized on a global scale, and perhaps they do not only operate In Nigeria they operate all in chad, so it is not only recognized in Nigeria.
