Also note that Faleke's case before the court has not been decided and that is the major case. INEC can go and conduct the supplementary election tomorrow but that does not mean the illegality perpetrated by Apc in nominating Yahaya Bello would stand. Today's decision did not validate Yahaya Bello's candidacy in any way.


As it is today, APC has no valid candidate in the supplementary election as Yahaya Bello has no validly nominated running mate. There are so many issues to be determined by the court in this matter and I for see a very lengthy trial that will end at the supreme court. At this, it's too early to claim victory.

1. Election was not won or lost based on the Electoral Act as there were more registered voters than the margin with which APC/Audu was leading. And since the Act recognized only registered voters and not PVC collected, the election became inconclusive.

2. Faleke did not participate in APC's primaries whereas the Electoral Act clearly stated that for any candidate to be elegible for election into office, he/she must have participated fully in his/her party's primaries. So, how will APC have used Faleke who didn't meet this criteria? Doing so would have handed the governorship to Wada through the courts later.

The case of Boni Haruna and that of Amaechi or any other similar ones are clearly different from this Kogi's case. In Kogi, no winner has emerged and it's the reason Faleke is unfortunate here.

A Cambodian court has convicted an unlicensed medical practitioner of murder and sentenced him to 25 years in prison for spreading HIV among almost 300 villagers.
A spokesman for the court in the northwestern province of Battambang said Yem Chrin, 56, was found guilty on Thursday of torture and cruel behaviour resulting in death, intentionally spreading HIV and practising medicine without a licence.
Ten of the villagers have died since the outbreak began.
Authorities detected an epidemic of human immunodeficiency virus, the virus that causes AIDS, on December 9 when they started testing a community in Battambang. The victims ranged from a two-year-old to elderly in their 80s.
It first started after a 74-year-old man tested positive for HIV in November. The man convinced others in the village who had also visited Yem Chrin to also get tested.
The court found Yem Chrin guilty of operating health treatment without license, injecting people with syringes that spread HIV and torturing people to die.
Yem Chrin admitted to routinely reusing syringes but denied intentionally spreading the virus.
He was arrested in December last year and taken into protective custody, with the authorities fearing he might be lynched by residents of Roka village
Police said Yem Chrin was a well-respected doctor who villagers believed had healing powers and who provided cheap treatment for the poor.

Harmattan also causes itchiness of the eye, diarrhea due to food being contaminated and meningitis.

1. Take a hot bath and a hot breakfast every morning. You see If you want to work that day a hot bath will invigorate you and keep you warm on the inside. You will feel more stronger and active too.

3. Vaseline and all other oily creams should always be close by. Apply all over your body. Also the lips too. you could use lip gloss over on the lips too.

4. Wash your eyes regularly and wear warm cloths.

5. If you are asthmatic or a sickler this period could be difficult for you, always carry your inhaler and take extra measures to protect yourself.

6. Cuddle more often. Wait this is for those that have 'boos' and 'bae'. The rest you could just use your pillows or get a giant Teddy bear.

I have always had this bizzare situation, I live in a one bedroom apartment alone, my toilet and bathroom is one place.
Most times while bathing, my soap falls into my water closet toilet, sometimes it's flushed, at times it's not. I feel absurd dipping my hand in there to pick the soap back.
What do you guys think? Is it absurd? For me, I pick up the soap, wash it off and continue bathing.

It depends on d level of hiegene of ur toilet closet. If ur toilet closet is d type dat sparkles n d water in there is always so clean, y not just dip ur hands in there, pick up ur soap, rinse it n continue ur bath. Simple as APC
