Pls Bobowaja. From what you have said I have the following questions
I opened payoneer two years ago which i linked to clickbank account, the card has expired because i did not earn with it. My questions are
1) Should i not change my clickbank account payment settings since payoneer refuse to send me another card eventhough i set my threshold at $1000
2) Though I have USA PayPal I dont want to risk it for my Clickbank earnings, so if i want to cash out of ClickBank will they not transfer the cash to none existing payoneer account that i can not access
3) Am i going to reach threshold before i can cash out, or after threshold or I have to change the settings to be able to cash out to pay to exchangers.

I opened Payoneer account like two years ago, got the card, activated it and linked to Clickbank but I couldn't earn with it until it expired. last month I wanted to get another card I now open another account with payoneer with another email because i relocated from my former place to a new place. My account was accepted until the third day it was cancelled or blocked, telling me that i had a previous account that if forgot the password i should inask for another password. So i went back to the first account which i successfully changed the password but to get another card I dont know how to go about it because each time i sent the new house address and request for the card, it is the computer generated answers that i get.
What do i do please

So when next election comes and peradventure APC did not perform well, another party could win and take over , It's for the beauty of democracy. In America and developed countries people contest for election severally and still didn't win. So It is not a big deal.. If you think PMB was not prepared after two years with what we have seen so far , what will you say of someone who spent 3 years as Vice President and 5yrs as President with nothing to show for it. If GEJ was competent we should not be where we are today. Moreover you people should not expect someone else to do the work for GEJ if he could not find anyone like Tinubu, amaechi etc to be corrupt during his time. And If you are not satisfied with APC performance come 2019 you can vote them out. It is as simple as ABC. Please I got the payoneer card two years ago which i activated, I even linked to my clickbank, i couldnt use it because i couldnt make money online. So it expired. I now tried to get another card by opening another account using a different email but same name, initially my application was accepted but after three days the account was blocked. asking me that i had registered before that I should get my password forcing me to go back to the first account.I How do i go about it since i have relocated to a new place. I had sent messages from the first account but it is like computer generated answers i have been getting. Please what should i do in order to get another card? where should i go on the site. Am i going to remove it from my clickbank since the card expired
