Most of the arguments here omit one fundamental, which is Immigration Law. The moment Biafra is created, every person whose origin is rooted in that Biafran geographical entity loses his Nig passport and ceases to be a Nigerian. He must first return to Biafra and then apply to re-enter Nigeria (or whatever is left of that part) vide a valid visa but this time with his Biafran passport.

Pls Bobowaja. From what you have said I have the following questions
I opened payoneer two years ago which i linked to clickbank account, the card has expired because i did not earn with it. My questions are
1) Should i not change my clickbank account payment settings since payoneer refuse to send me another card eventhough i set my threshold at $1000
2) Though I have USA PayPal I dont want to risk it for my Clickbank earnings, so if i want to cash out of ClickBank will they not transfer the cash to none existing payoneer account that i can not access
3) Am i going to reach threshold before i can cash out, or after threshold or I have to change the settings to be able to cash out to pay to exchangers.

I opened Payoneer account like two years ago, got the card, activated it and linked to Clickbank but I couldn't earn with it until it expired. last month I wanted to get another card I now open another account with payoneer with another email because i relocated from my former place to a new place. My account was accepted until the third day it was cancelled or blocked, telling me that i had a previous account that if forgot the password i should inask for another password. So i went back to the first account which i successfully changed the password but to get another card I dont know how to go about it because each time i sent the new house address and request for the card, it is the computer generated answers that i get.
What do i do please

If you think PMB was not prepared after two years with what we have seen so far , what will you say of someone who spent 3 years as Vice President and 5yrs as President with nothing to show for it. If GEJ was competent we should not be where we are today. Moreover you people should not expect someone else to do the work for GEJ if he could not find anyone like Tinubu, amaechi etc to be corrupt during his time.
