Why do Nigerians think division is the answer to our problems. Say we each go our separate ways are we going to import politicians from space to champion the affairs of our separate entities or are we going to put faith in these same set of unrepentant callous politicians we have across each geopolitical zone.

SportsMourinho Should Have Taken A Sabbatical by marveangel(op): 7:32pm On May 05, 2021
It's no longer news that former Chelsea, boss Jose Mourinho has agreed to join As Roma as the head coach from next seria A season. It is reported that he signed a three year agreement with the club meaning of all goes well he is expected to be at the helm of affairs at the club till 2024 at least.( I personally don't expect him to be at Roma beyond 2022).

While I'm happy at how quickly he rebounded after getting fired by Tottenham just a few days before the league cup final I feel sad that for a man once touted to be the best coach of this generation he seems to be moving to lower clubs which each new job.

How did he go from coaching super starts like Ronaldo, Benzema in Madrid to Roma, how did the Special one go from Champions league contender to a club that isn't even in the running for the scudetto. It's sounds like a downgrade if you ask me.

Alot has been said about his coaching methods, some pundits have questioned just have effect his style of play is right now but the biggest criticize has been how he tends to loose control of the dressing room and his tendency to single out certain players from his team to constant attack. Mourinho is still a great coach, but I personally feel that maybe time off from coaching would been a wider decision at this point in time than jumping on to the next available job. Pep Guardiola took time off after he left the Barcelona job, former Juventus coach Allegri did the same ( unconfirmed sources have it that Juventus are seeking to bring him back to the Allianz arena).

I feel like Jose Mourinho shoild have taken some time off coaching now, to reflect on his tactics and maybe add some very much needed tweaks to his seemingly out of touch style of football.

But his eagerness to prove a point to his immediate past employers might have contributed to this rash decision. Though I support him to make a comeback with Roma but I am very realistic with my expectations, for one I do not consider Roma is an elite club in European football( no pun intended), I don't think he will have the quality players he had in United, Chelsea or even Tottenham in Roma.

Secondly Roma do not have the financial resources to match Seria Rivals like Juventus , Inter, and even Napoli so the chances of bringing in big name players are very very slim.

Mourinho is not Arsene Wenger, he isn't the kind of coach to place all his faith on Academy players or untested talents, he prefers to work with more established players. So with, shallow pockets, a seemingly fading style of play, a tendency to loose control of the dressing room, and of course his players.

The special one will need to pull out everything in his Arsenal for this next battle because believe it or not this is no longer about bouncing back from getting sacked, it has gone beyond that, this might very well be Jose Mourinho's last attempt to prove that he still got it, to keep his status as a top manager in Europe. Yet I still feel this is one battle the special one would been wiser to avoid all together.

Guy every single thing you mentioned is important. In school especially primary and junior secondary school, you have to be taught broadly, that is they'll teach everything because you're not yet specialising.

You also said with your own mouth that unless someone majored in chemistry they'll have no use for the periodic table. How is curriculum supposed to know that a student would major or not make in chemistry?

Knowing short and long Division is still useful, because sometimes you'll not have a phone calculator .

As for assembly our own assembly both primary and secondary, was 30mins. unless something happened or some students would be punished or expelled etc,
Maybe but I know the time spent on assembly ground was a complete waste as far as I'm concerned

If you are in the field where it is required you would use it.

Besides, most technology were built using these formulas and principles: compasses, calculators, maps, remote land survey, architects, pharmacists, video games, softwares, etc.

Assembly is for pep talk, a bit of disciple, passing information, corporate affairs etc. All these are still important today.
But I'm mainly taking about our everyday life
