Download full ROM and Re-install. You can also update your apps.

Which phone are you trying to transfer to if I may ask?
Not conversant with Xiaomi Rom installation procedure. All the system apps appear updated.

Umidigi Power
Infinix note 4.
Had the same problem transferring to both.

You should be the one to create a connection when transferring or receiving to a smaller device
I have tried every possible combination. Used xender, share it and even share me. It's either one error or the other. WiFi and hotspot work seamlessly though. Not just sure what is causing the problem.
PhonesRe: The Xiaomi Thread. by masciv: 9:09am On Dec 04, 2020
Please who else has difficulty using any file sharing app on the 9s.

Not a single one appears to function well on this device. I noticed this behaviour since updating to the miui 12 or maybe it's just a coincidence. I used to have xender work properly before updating but now it's a pain.

Even at that it does not take away the simple truth fact that redmi 9c last longer than redmi 9. Have a nice time.
I have no response to your ignorance sadly.

I work with facts and if you cannot provide it as I have, then it's not worth the engagement.

By the way, this thread is for a Tecno device.

Bigger screen resolution consume battery life more, this is simple mathematics
So do your mathematics when comparing the processors in the phones too. Not just screen.

Including location/network, phone usage, screen brightness, charging condition.

Thank you.

Face it put the 9c head to head on battery test with redmi 9 , do the research and stop being sentimental, right now the tecno pova is the best
The batteries are basically the same range but the phone usage depends on the user and a while lot of factors so where do you have your 'facts' from?

MartinsD12:
Phones with 720p will help improve battery life, the larger the screen the more it will consume battery and data too example is redmi 9 the battery doesn't last like that of redmi 9c because of the screen resolution
Backward mentality. If 720p would help improve battery life, What's the point of producing high quality displays. And why would they put in a 6000mah battery?

Illogical comment.

Also, you think the 9 battery doesn't last as long as the 9c? On what basis?

Another illogical comment.

Thanks Genius43, Mark23.

Does anyone else get a shadow around the selfie camera?

Lemme rephrase this. At certain angles, there's a noticeable dark shade around the punching hole-punch especially in white backgrounds. Just wanted to know if this is common defect with this panel or an isolated issue with mine. LCD panel of this device was manufactured by tianma if that would be of any importance.

Genius43, noticed this before?

For LCD displays... I seriously doubt. Quite possible on LED. I'm not a display guru though.

I'm not using MTN. Since it shows 4G for other networks, I'm cool with it. Can you get it for me?
And Glo Band(28)?

You would be stuck with just 2 Telcos for the 4G.

After first charge from 0-100%. Couldn't monitor time frame though as it was late at night before I could get the phone dead and unable to start. Been using my hotspot for my other phone and pc since boot though. Does this tally for other 9s users out there?

You seem not to understand how fast charge works.

A phone won't charge at 18W from 0-100%

The period of fast charge is usually between 0-70/80% and it slows down from there to reduce heat and not damage the battery.

Redmi Note 9s takes 1:45mins to charge which almost around the same time my 4000Mah battery charges using QC 3.0(18W).
You did not seem to understand me.

I do understand how batteries charge.

My concern is as follow.

1. Charging appears a bit slow.
2. Noticed that the battery charged at 3.6A(3600mah) just once ever and for a brief moment.
3. After some time, charging fluctuates and it's not even up to 80% at what point charging starts to wind down. At say 50%, the phone is taking in 2.5A in one moment and another, phone is drawing just 1A or 1.5A or even worse .5A(500mah). For flash charging or even regular charging, shouldn't it maintain an almost constant amperage until 80%?

My problem is inconsistent amperage for a phone that's barely used. Also shouldn't the phone draw more power when it's in use or before 80%? My Umidigi Power (5150mah) usually draws 2.5A during normal charge up till 80% but under use while charging, it could go as high as 2.6A and 2.7A on heavy use. If the phone could go as high as 18watts, 0.5A, 1A, 2A should be a cause of concern except in the instance where the phone is actually using 9V:2A.

The fluctuations are a cause of concern and could this be the reason why the battery appears to be charging slowly?
PhonesRe: The Xiaomi Thread. by masciv: 6:11am On Nov 15, 2020
Hello Crew, I bought the Note 9s Friday and i installed ampere just to monitor the charging rate. Initially I did see 3600mah and then it fluctuated along but I did not give it too much attention up until yesterday.

I noticed that even under flash charge, my phone charges between 500mah and 1520mah which should be ridiculous for a phone that manufacturers claim to charge at 18 watts. Please did anyone else experience this and is there something I could do to resolve this?

Mind you the phone takes a while to charge but I haven't recorded how long yet as it's just been two days.

Truth is only companies that provide essential goods or services would be able to retain their staff with complete pay. With the way the world has gone over the past few months and economies being blown to bits, most companies would have to cut costs to stay afloat.

This pandemic has made a joke of so called 'World powers'. The sad thing now is that it looks like everyone's used to death that they've gone complacent and opening their countries prematurely. I hope this mindset won't be the beginning of the end. Infection and death rates compared to respective population figures doesn't seem too significant but a second wave would be an unmitigated disaster. Just imagine a country of 327 million having at least 10 million more cases and God knows how many people would succumb to the virus.

Okay, so I'm a guy. I don't have a car, I don't have a house to my name neither do I have a will somewhere from a long lost billionaire father. I don't even have a job yet however I'm actively working on learning new things while prospecting. I'm simply just me. So If you're an intellectual lady with ambitions and wouldn't mind hanging around a guy like me, do send me a mail. Don't worry about contacting me first. I'm not misogynistic or anything of that sort.

No matter the urge or movement in your body caused by raging hormones, let at least 1% of your brain still be in control. Never ever allow anyone even your husband record your sexual activities because both of you would become open to public ridicule should your video escape your devices either by mistake or malicious intents. I blame the girl more because in this patriarchal society, she tends to be more on the receiving end of the bashing.

Girls, it should go without saying that you should watch who you give your hearts too. Some guys are just out to humiliate you whether you're committed or not. Do not let your primal instincts dictate your life.

To the particular lady involved, I hope she doesn't take this too hard on her self. It's not new and she won't be the first to experience this. In a matter of time, people would take their minds of you when other matters come up however the internet never forgets. By the way, most of the clowns insulting the girl can't go a day without spending some 'quality time' on porn sites
