Islie:See him. Looks nothing less than possessed. |
This one way driving has now become a habit amongst Nigerians and especially among lagosians. Anyone caught should be severely punished. These one way drivers are simply exhibiting madness tendency. They could kill an innocent civilian. |
Dannyset:He could be forgiven but he deserves no pity from anybody. He's over ambitious and greedy and that is probably going to be his downfall. He conned his own biological father and did the same for his political father. Speaks a lot about him. He should be tried and punished accordingly. We don't need corrupt politicians in our government. |
The driver was stupid to drive against traffic, the policeman was mad to shoot an unarmed civilian for driving against traffic and the mob are idiots for taking the law into their own hands. The policemen could have opened fire on them for violent acts. |
PunkyVeer:You're obviously frustrated by the achievement of the op's fiancee. I see nothing other than conscience pricking the life out of this lady. Terrible human being. Why do you have to speak aggressively when he's done nothing wrong to you. Instead of you to be aggressive, learn from your own mistakes. |
modestbrowser:Fool! |
I saw this resumption date and i laughed out loud. Why you may ask? Cos this might just be a mirage. I wondered why the school announced to the public that it was giving it's students a mid-semester break (something I've never heard and neither I've seen nor thought of throughout my stay in the school), knowing fully well that it's a strike action by the NASU. I believe calling the holiday what it is in reality would be detrimental to the credibility of the vice chancellor and his admin during his tenure. The lie has obviously gone beyond the point of being retracted such that the admin has no option but to announce a resumption date as the case is now but which may just be a facade. We might as well resume to go on the real strike which the school admin has tried to hide from the public view since the whole issue with NASU hasn't been resolved. Hasn't anyone observed that on the announcement of the so called "mid-semester break", the date of resumption was clearly indicated as "till further notice". Why then has the admin directed students to resume next Tuesday? It may as well be that they want to exonerate themselves such that we resume and for a week try to stall to get a deal with NASU and if NASU refuses to budge, they then announce that NASU has embarked on a strike action. Even if that's not the case, we may indeed resume but without the NASU members with the result being SUG wahala again such that we can't study without water and power supply - amenities provided by the NASU. In any case, let's watch and see how this turns out come Tuesday. |
ustavo:Pardon me but I have to caution your ignorance...Muhammed means comforter?? Where is this, in Arabic... Right?? Was the Bible ever translated from Arabic?? Besides, Arabic is a language as others not a religion or anything so don't claim to own it. |
Then tear your amplified Bible too and don't forget other versions including the Kjv!...You say the NIV is satanic? Really? Amplified was also done by the same zondervan despite being more accurate than kjv in so many verses. Remember the so accepted Kjv was also translated by a man... King James... So you think KJV is accurate right?? It has a lot of added words..."check those in italics" (Hebrews 12:2 for instance...Its author and finisher of Faith not our Faith..."Our" wasn't part of it. So is every other word in italics in the KJV.) One thing to be noted and taken without unnecessary hypocrisy is that these bibles we know today were translated by men and man is not perfect whether you believe or not. In translation also, a lot of words are lost and meanings either rendered below accuracy or completely ignored. The same occurred in the NIV... Some scriptures in the NIV are even more accurate than the same in the KJV so don't just assume that these books are useless. All the translations you have today have tens of years attributed to their makeup so don't think they were just fabricated out of the blues. If you think the translations are faulty, then go learn Greek or Hebrews which the Bible was originally written or better still, read and learn about the Person whom all the words and revelations are centered upon...CHRIST. When you know CHRIST, you know life and aren't easily persuaded by words and people but remember that it's through these translations that we come into understanding of who GOD is even as inaccurate as they are. |
Please, that of OAU should also be probed...There's just too many suspicious activity surrounding the Vc and his administration. |
Maybe you should keep the offspring of this particular plant for replanting cos it may be a genetic mutation that would benefit you. |
You shouldn't intervene in any issues regarding your parents. They were there before you and the made a decision to be with each other. The union is between them and them alone. I'm not saying you can't try to feel something but in the process of feeling something for one party, you begin to take sides and by the looks of things you're already supporting a party. What I'd advice you to do is to tell your mum point blank to settle whatever the issue is with your dad. You should never intervene cos you would most likely only cause more problems while trying to rectify it. Leave your parents to do what is expected of them, besides it would be an intrusion into their personal lives and I hope you know that despite having children, parents still have their own personal lives. |
Nobody should at this time be blaming the unions. Is it a crime to fight for your right?? Would you say that the civil servants currently on strike are evil by engaging in that action?? Is it their fault that they've been working for months without pay?? It all bores down to the leadership of this nation, not necessarily Jonathan alone but all his cohort s as well. They've run this country to a grind. Nigeria is more like an almost knocked engine cos of their actions and policies and this has caused effects that are disturbing. The unions are not at fault. If they were, why can't the government shun them (legally). |
EroticAngelina:Don't be silly. Is the person that'll bring change already in power? Please think before you speak and dont be an ignoramus. |
Look at them ...Using this fake hero tactic to divert our attention from the real damage this man has caused. Is there anything good you people have said besides his election concession to Gmb as an heroic act ![]() Please i am tired of all this crap ![]() |
scribble:I know you're a PDP supporter but please don't be biased.APC rigged harder ![]() That's simply a case of popularity. Buhari is simply more popular than Jonathan among the general populace. |
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) defeated President Goodluck Jonathan in the elections conducted inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja. There are two polling units-Unit 021 and 022- located side-by-side within the premises of the seat of power. Buhari polled a total of 613 votes in the two polling units while Jonathan scored a total of 595 votes. At Unit 021, Jonathan beat Buhari to second position with 293 votes while the APC candidate scored 265 votes. At the second polling booth, Unit 022, Buhari emerged winner with 348 votes while Jonathan polled 302. For the Senatorial election in Unit 021, PDP polled 286 votes to beat APC with 260. In Unit 022, APC polled 337 votes while PDP scored 281 votes. For the House of Representatives election in Unit 022, APC polled 334 to beat PDP to distant second with 241 votes. For Unit 021 however, it was a close contest between APC that won with 255 votes and PDP that polled 254. A total of 575 voters were accredited out of the 2,181 registered voters for Unit 021 while 770 voters were accredited out of the 2,278 voters registered for Unit 022. The sorting and counting of the votes ran ended at 11.30pm, necessitating some voters to illuminate the venue with the headlamps of their cars. Meanwhile, Jonathan has returned to the Presidential Villa after casting his vote in his hometown, Otuoke, Bayelsa State. He was inside his official residence while the votes cast in the two units were being counted. He was said to have returned at about 8.30pm. |
TEMABOYgh:Who then should guard him?? A kid ![]() |
There's nothing that involves governor Fashola or Apc in this situation. This is simply between the local associations within the University and it's management If at this age you still bring hate politics into every state affairs... You may not have a cure for your stupidity anymore. |
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission on Tuesday announced the reduction of electricity tariff by 50 per cent after it said it was bombarded with series of complaints from various classes of electricity consumers. It noted that the reduction was for some power distribution companies after it removed the collection loss component of the Multi Year Tariff Order 2.1 of the affected Discos. The Chairman, NERC, Dr. Sam Amadi, who spoke in Abuja, said the addition of the Aggregate Technical, Commercial and Collection losses to the reviewed tariff that was implemented on January 1, 2015, were responsible for the skyrocketed tariff. The addition, according to the commission, was done after it conducted a fact-finding tour of the Discos and noted that it was aimed at ensuring a cost reflective tariff by passing the bulk to ‘paying’ consumers for losses incurred from ‘non-paying’ consumers. “Although increment in residential tariff was pending till June, 2015, the total removal of the collection loss applied to all consumer categories, including the industrial and commercial consumers, who were affected,” NERC said. |
And I'm so sure some e-ignoramuses here don't live in Lagos yet they are blaming Fashola |
ozoigbondu:You're a very terrible human being. how do you say a fooolish thing like that?? Kinda wish you could be substituted for at least one of the police men. You pathetic psychopath. |
It would be pure stupidity to think that Fashola accused Jonathan wrongly... Don't you even think Fashola is more logical in his actions than Jonathan? I remember when Pdp held a really for the then gubernatorial elections in osun state, it was like ife was Sambisa. police everywhere with soldiers and military men littering the streets...I'm sure if there was some robbery in another part of the state, the robbers would stroll in and stroll out of their mission area... Except you're not in Nigeria, you should know that the security details of the president has no specified number. he can use the whole armed forces for all he cares. |
chukwudi44:Except you're a trader or factory worker, going to work on a Saturday?? See how Jonathan's wrecking of the economy is causing you so much problems? |
flinton:How old it's your father please?? 40? |
IgboMonk:Ignorance is a disease and I think you've got it. Didn't you hear that the pic is false and those are not Prof Osinbajo's relatives? |
killercute16:Since we've not seen your girlfriend or sisters before, we cannot argue with you. |
Akpan107:Thanks for advertising Apc's candidate Gen Buhari By the way, you must either be blind, directly benefiting from gej's glaringly ridiculous propaganda or ignorantly opposing Apc's presidential candidate. Can't you see that all this is a facade by Jonathan?? I mean he didn't do any of these in his 6 years in office, now he's unleashing his unnecessary works thinking all Nigerians are gullible enough to vote for him. This is just a case of medicine after death! |
Drain the oil and force the engine to stop. Do this constantly and his engine will knock in no time. But before you do this, try to reason it out with him once again and pray about it too. As funny as the scenario may sound, you may also take up the case in court. The odds are definitely in your favor cos the position of that gen puts your family's lives at risk. |
Wuuworld:Don't think you can have sense Ever Again! Who was and is still in charge of the nation ![]() |
Funny thing is some people over there know nothing about Nigeria though Nigerians by blood or birth yet they are clamoring and campaigning for an irresponsible and propagandist president. |

...Using this fake hero tactic to divert our attention from the real damage this man has caused. Is there anything good you people have said besides his election concession to Gmb as an heroic act
