Bro, go Ilasa in Ekiti and you will get that quantity for lesser pay. But I can tell you yams r cheaper in Ekiti than north, but Ekiti yams r not as big as the Abuja yams

the major cause of that is the species of yam used in the southwest plus most of the famers up north are heavily subsidize with fertilizers by their state government,that's hardly the case down south .

Good news to the grassroots!!! Any LG chairman who does their allocation anyhow should be jailed for life. Their law needs to be amended now. Thanks to OBJ for initiating this in his term...the true baba of the nation.

He fought tinubu for creating the LCDAs , saying the grassroots would be shortchanged cos allocation going to them, which had not even been adequate in the first place would be mismanaged.

Till today, no meaningful developments after creation of the LCDAs than offices filled with people making noise from morning till evening, doing nothing. Some wont even show up while their salary will be unaffected. All the LGA/LCDA projects are still being funded by the state cos they don't see anything from Abuja. Our LG chairmen in lagos are ceremonial while LCDAs are conduit pipes used to siphon money by the state. LCDAs need to be scrapped

What people don't realize is that a lwa has been passed in yhe national assembly already under Gej that local government funds should not be consolidated with state government funds . Tinubu lawyers are smart ..this law is what they made the Supreme court to pronounce now..so give it to the man or his team on that .now what they need to do now is to make sure banks those money are deposited to from the CBN do not grant any state government access to those funds meant for the local governments..if a state likes let them create 1 million local government..all they need ti do is to write to RMAC and the auditor general a resolution of the state house of assembly on how funds from the federation account will be shared among the 1 million local governments...Obj was not a saint and he is the major reason we are where we are today ..thank God for people like wabara that stood against 3rd term.
