the remaining lawmakers can not form a quorum in the eyes of the law...any decision,law, resolution they make is null and void in the eyes of the law..right now in the eyes of the law rivers state house of assembly does not exist both pro wike and pro Fubara sides cannot make law .the only entity that should be making laws for the river state house of assembly till election is held to fill the vacant seats is the National Assembly.

Has it stands there is nothing like rivers state house of assembly..both the Fubara members..3 members cannot form a quorum talkless of having a speaker.
The 27 members have lost their seats has it stands currently.

The only legal thing is for the national assembly to take over the function of the state assembly until election is conduct to fill in the 28 seats currently vacant ..but all this will only be interpreted by the supreme court,I think thats whay the national assembly is yet to take over the function of the state assembly.

Who are the people advising this guy sef ...a governor cannot order the house of assembly on anything..not his jurisdiction.. administration of the complex is not his purview or jurisdiction of the house does not ask for it he can't just wake up and make decisions for them ..this is utter crass...av said it before the national assembly should take over the work of the state assembly..those lawmakers have lost their seats ..INEC should conduct another election...its better for them not to go to court and they should take the battle to the ballot box and not waste the people time ..both parties are very wrong in their actions...they should just follow the constitution and go for another election...thats the right thing.
