I sold a domain at Epik 2-days ago, registered at Dynadot, I've contacted your support and was told your team has reached out to buyer. I believe there should be an Escrow account at Dynadot regardless if buyer would like to wait out lock period or if otherwise.

A push at Dynadot doesn't reset the lock period date of domains.

send message to tony at tony@epik .com . He told me that they have escrow account with dynadot, namesilo and godaddy...

Care to share the process? As in, how you walked the buyer through it all. I'm in a similar situation.

This is what Tony sent to both us but telling the buyer what to do...he just cc me...I also follow the process to transfer one of my domains in other netsol account of mine. And its like instant, once the authorization mail come and you accept the domain is transfer instantly and you receive confirmation mail instantly. So Tony asked me to show proof of transfer and also ask the buy to show proof of transfer.

But before you start the whole process you have to email Tony so alert him or you open an escrow service at escrow.Epik//com

bro depends oooo...like me now....when I was using luno I found out the limit is one time 200k for level and my first and second withdrawal was like 100k. So I had 100k limit left. My second withdrawal was 200k+ and I tried to upgrade my account but all the ids I submitted were being rejected. So I sign up for quidax then transfer 100k btc to quidax withdrew sharperly. Still using quidax though.

Well I know I sold way too cheap, but the problem is I needed the money and I am more than satisfy with it.

Quoted 799 to the buy but didn't reply, then after a week I sent a mail to him that he should get it at a particular discounted percentage for just $500. But he reply with a complain of shutting down of all industries due to covid19 and offered $400 and I accepted. Paid immediately after my acceptance mail.

What is funny is that the domain name is just exactly as his company's name. That's why I said I sold way too cheap and considering the fact that its a steel building industry. The man web forward sharperly...I had to put him through though.

At all... All what people will see is a custom email not knowing that its actually a gmail. And I usually add "Re:" to the subject of all my mails...like

"Re: Inquiry for die landscaping"

spam filters will read it a reply mail....

I was planning to reg the name if not accepted by SH. I read it sometime last or last 2 weeks about SH accepting unreg name that one can reg it and still collect 65% when sold. So I just said I should test out that idea. That's it .....

Anyways...I've approved it 25% is mine when sold...

Brandable gurus...abeg...one of the names I suggested to SH has been accepted and I chose the option of "I'm OK with both SH and myself to reg it". I intend to reg the name. Can I go on and how does it work....I mean will I still receive my 65% when sold or 25% because m seeing 25% as my proceeds here....

Just like names we submit to Squadhelp, a lot of them get rejected but there is a window for appeal. And you are asked to provide reasons for a second look.

If you got 'no thank you' before, customise the sample above and send. You never can tell...

I love this....provides room for ending things as good business man and still tell them they should have you in their mind when opportunity provides itself.

click on the name for option.....then click build.,.then park domain...select your prefer theme...start edit...when you are done...click save.

Now I have gotten a customized email

But that email can't receive messages it can only send...

Note : I haven't paid for it yet as porkbun gave me some free trial so I want to know how can I go about it...should I just end it with porkbun and go the way of Gsuite...?

bro sorry for quoting you...I feel you don't need email forwarding....You can host a domain free and get one email account free...connect the email to your gmail if you wanna track it...simple as ABC...
