Crude oil is cheap inside Iran primarily because heavy international sanctions restrict its export, leaving a massive surplus within the country that is heavily subsidized for domestic consumption.

Crude is an internationally priced commodity. If Brent is $105 and Atiku wants it to go to Dangote at $70, who pays the difference...and if he says...well Fed will eliminate all taxes that is due to the Govt...he cannot because the Presidency alone cannot make that decision. The States and LGAs are entitled to the funds from these accounts and it will reduce the funds coming to sub-nationals slowing development. If the argument is that low petrol prices will spur development...why has it not done so all these years?

Reason I charge service fee...I had this issue...I completely replaced the jam key with brand new, made all new keys and gave it to 13 tenants..did not last 6-9 months, it spoiled. i told them.. you can leave it or you all should contribute...no way will I replace it again and make another 15 sets of keys.

If something is being used daily, it is the tenants ' responsibility to maintain what the landlord provided. Exterior things that are out of tenants' hands include roofing due to storms, but if you install solar and create leakage, you must fix it. If you block pipes leading to the soakaway due to CD wraps or Pampers, it is your responsibility, exterior or interior.

To prevent all this back and forth, landlords should always charge service fees with rent to cover expenses like this and since tenants must pay for these service fees, they will invariably be paying for all these damages. Some may want to pay, others may not want to pay...if they vacate, landlords will be stuck with the repairs. Listen and Learn.
