Our sellers buy them massively, and that is part of what they are catering to. You will rarely find sachets here...those are made for Naija. How many can afford bigger container products? Google is your friend...You may even find them on google lol

I just did a resurfacing of exterior of a building used by tenants and repainted the fence because of the clothes they are always hanging with nails...the whole thing cost over N1m. Labor alone is not smiling.

Tenants move out, pay caution of N100k, you spend N150k to fix the place up, who is losing money? Even if the house is old, never renovated...if it is too expensive, do not rent it. When the landlord cannot rent, he will adjust the price...if he does not adjust, it is because he feels it is a fair price.

I was just told to reduce a room self contained close to Poly Ibadan to N400k from N450k...Told the agent, NOPE. If it is a couple, the rent is N500k because two people always destroy apartments much more. That is my experience. I would rather leave it empty for now, then spend so much to fix it back.

In Kenya, Container Shops are very prominent. A friend just had her shop, entirely baby products stolen...she was devastated trying to regroup. She will start back up with Okirika, and with time, I will do my best to make sure she is better than where she was.

We need to consider Container Shops. These POP, PVC, normal ceilings do not work. Lots of people are on drugs..hair of N50k will be sold for N20k just to buy drugs. It is very sad and devastating...how do you start all over?

My friend sounded like she wanted to commit suicide...and this is in addition to the Mom she lost from devastating brain issues that even Brain Scan was spent on...Dad killed from kidnapping only to discover a family member planned it all...so its been a very devastating 2yrs for her. It is well. The people that do this to others are already cursed. Tears of pain only adds to the curse and no one can deliver them.

Since we got this new Inspector General of Police, Police have been doing police duty. It is NOT so hard to track Money with everything connected in Nigeria. Just track LARGE sums of Deposit in REAL Time and match it to numbers to see if these are legit transfers. Transfers that are not typical can be flagged and you can arrest suspects when they attempt withdraws.

I usually do not transfer large sums to people. I may transfer for major purchases which would be business entities. So, if large funds leave my account to private individuals, it should be enough for police to act without filing formal charges. If I am unreachable, that should automatically lead to someone checking in. We are NOT stupid as a people. We should not make it easy for people to commit petty crimes.

I visit Qatar and Public Bus has over 10 cameras. All SHOPS must install at least 2 cameras on Exits. There are Cameras everywhere. They have ZERO crimes because they just do not play. They depend so much on tourism; safety is KEY to tourism. We need to do better. People will not invest, country will not grow, JOBS will not be created...if we cannot guaranteed safety.

One must be careful abroad. It can happen to anyone. I remember when I first got to USA and went to visit my Uncle in Chicago. Met this girl, we exchanged numbers...I was 19..she said 16. It was landline...went to the same church where my Uncle was a Deacon. I was so happy to meet her. We used to talk in church, and then I called her house, and her Mom picked up and I asked for her...no big deal in Nigeria. Then my Uncle and her American wife called me...where did you get the number? She gave it to me. I told them we were just friends...they asked me if I knew her age...I said 16. Then the bombshell...she was 14 and lied about her age. This girl was almost my height and had a big stature. They had to call her Mom to explain and she was reprimanded for giving out the number and lying about her age. Another one told me she was 18 or 19, I googled her name...come to find out she was 17...she now later confessed that she will be 18 in 2-3 months time. She was ready to meet up and all. Sadly lots of our people are in jail now...for these and many more, some were even set up, so they can later sue to city or state for millions of dollars in settlement.

Now I do not know the situation of this guy, but if a girl has been drinking with you and starts kissing and you both end up going on the way, she can wake up in the morning claiming she was raped, and the court would agree that if she was drinking or drunk, she cannot consent to the s*x even if she was the one making all the moves. Be very careful and cautious.
