I dey see well well |
Lessons: when other state including anambra, abuja, akwaibom etc deports people they deport every individual to their home state and within a space of weeks after they were apprehended. but fasholas own looks dubious by keeping them so long and dumping them under any bridge along the state, and mixing them together irrespective of their home state. everyother state caught beggars but fasholas KIA etc also apprehend people that are even going to their shops with genuine business in lagos. a friend of mine complain how they caught his wife and bundle her to alausa just when the nursing woman went out to buy something. when he had the news from passby friends they can only trace these guys to alausa and have to spend #10,000. from that day I lay curse on fashola with his style of leadership. can some group from Yoruba tribe stand up and tell fashola that what he did is too bad and shame the devil. |
I know why APC is joining the wagon, its bcus the whole saga is painting APC in bad light as a tribalist party that it is. I don't see the reason why most Fashola defendant never find it fit to tell us why reuniting a man with his kiths/kins in the middle of the night under a bride highway. can they tell us why they couldnt take those 72 to Anambra government house in awka the next morning a close distance from where they dump those innocent citizens. so what if something happens to these people b4 morning. when you keep a Nigerian in prison or whatever you call it for 6 to 7 months only with the excuse that he is not indigenous to your state therefore he is a begger. too bad I must say. |
PointB: That's the point here. Fashola and APC prefer grand standing rather that accept responsibilty for the misdeed and seek forgiveness.MAYBE THE NORTH LIKE THEIR BEGGERS IN LAGOS DEPORTED AND KEEP UNDER A BRIDGE IN BIDA OR KATSINA, MAYBE OYO,OGUN AND OSUN PPL ALSO LIKE THAT TOO. BUT WE CAN see that ibos doesn't like it, therefore give them what they like or treat as the law requires. but sound reasoning tells us that as soon as Nigeria remain a federating unit such things as reuniting people with their kins/kiths is not constitutionally right till we move into confederation. |
Why We Deported 67 Citizens From Lagos State – Fashola’s AideFASHOLA FASHOLA FASHOLA, HOW MANYTIMES DID I CALL YOU? WHAT KILLS A MAN CAN BE THE SAME THAT MAKE HIM. |
now I know why the very first point in fasholas defense is about Anambra Election. bible says "wherever a mans wealth is, there his mind will be" tinubu/fashola have been investing in Ngige cum Ben Akubeze, but why not Joe Igbokwe?hahaha Igbos should watch Tinubu well bcus he is about installing God son in Anambra the way he did to Osun,Oyo and ekiti. if he succeds then ibo tribe is destroyed. tinubu should consult his history book bcus NGIGE is too sturbon to use like that those that tried it b4 failed. tinubu cant be deferent. but the whole thing is not about enslaving NGIGE but 1)to deny ibos a credible chances in APC. 2)TO deny GEJ winning of Anambra in 2015. so its all about strategy though other selfish interest are still involved. The political career of NGIGE IS dead in iboland. I know it the time he went on a romance with Tinubu/ACN. |
ibos will not be so foolish to allow 3 political party in their midst. they already have APGA and PDP, 1 regional part and 1 national party. for me its ok if they ever try more one new national party they will be divided into voiceless. if APGA can win more states in the east the better for the ibos something like 3 local party and 2 national |
“They asked el-Rufai and some people to meet the big people in the North, but the idea was to let them know that a Northerner would be fielded as the (presidential) candidate, so that they can support our party. But all of a sudden, we started hearing that a Christian must be chosen. My dear Yoruba group pls don't allow another one tribe more to label you betrayals (saboteur).its not good for you nor for us. we need each other, just learn to come out completely open in the beginning. as for those saying that other northerners wont vote a Christian northerner as president. they openly tell us the MB to our face that we matters not and whenever north is mentioned they simply mean Fulani.hausa,kanuri. its ok time shall tell. may I remind the so called core northerners who blv that we MB matters not that only two out of six previous core northern presidents lives to tell their story. the core northerners should take things a little bit easy maybe Allah don't want them again to be leaders of this nation |
etse nupe is going doing with this scandal |
something is fishy here. if the bolded is true then islam will be at it again. but why did the core northern news paper come go quote the man while he didn't say anything? yawa go gass oo |
From Christian to Muslim?: Presidency wades into pastor’s daughter’s conversion palaver By News Express on 02/08/2013 Share on facebook Tweet inShare. Views: 158 The Nigerian Presidency has intervened in the case of the controversial conversion to Islam of the daughter of a pastor with the world’s fastest growing church – a development which has further strained relations between Christendom and Muslims in Africa’s largest nation. While Pastor Raymond Uzoechina of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in North-West Niger State insists that 25-year-old Charity was abuducted and hypnotised into embracing Islam, the girl herself has said in a newspaper interview that the conversion is voluntary. She has abandoned her studies at the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, and rebuffed entreaties to leave the palace of the traditional ruler of the town, the Etsu Nupe, and return home, saying she fears her father might kill her out of anger. The case was to come up yesterday at the Bida Sharia Court but was shelved following the intervention of the state government after being asked by the Presidency to take steps to amicably resolve the issue. The court sitting became unnecessary after the state deputy governor, Hon. Ahmed Musa Ibeto, summoned a stakeholders’ meeting in the state capital Minna on Wednesday, at which it was agreed that the issue should be settled out of court. Apart from the deputy governor, who presided over the meeting, others in attendance included the National Secretary of the Christian Association Nigeria (CAN), Rev. Musa Asaki, the Estu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, former governor, Alhaji Abdulkadir Kure, Charity herself (now known as Aisha) and her parents. Speaking with newsmen on the meeting and its aftermath, Deputy Governor Ibeto said: “The state government’s concern is to unify the father and his daughter. And unless the case is withdrawn, there is nothing, we can do. Government wants to open channels of mutual trust between them as the girl is afraid that something may happen to her if she returns to the father because of her conversion. “Niger State believes or honours co-existence between all people of all religions. We believe, religion should not be allowed to divide the people and that is why the state decided to intervene in the issue.” •Photo shows Charity a.k.a Aisha. Royal father charms Pastor’s daughter? •She’s under certain influences —CAN •Wants her moved to Govt. House By News Express on 02/08/2013 Share on facebook Tweet inShare. Views: 95 Efforts to resolve the crisis occasioned by the conversion to Islam of Charity, daughter of Pastor Raymond Uzoechina of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), suffered a setback this afternoon when the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) alleged that the young lady has been subjected to unhealthy influences in the palace of the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar. CAN in a statement issued in Abuja, the Nigerian capital, insisted that Charity a.k.a Aisha, should be moved from the royal father’s house and put under the custody of Niger State Governor Babangida Aliyu if efforts by the state government to settle the crisis are to be successful. Said CAN General Secretary, Rev. Dr. Musa Asake, in the statement in which he denied exonerating the Etsu Nupe: ‘My attention has been drawn to a news item published in a few Nigerian dailies yesterday, Thursday, August 1, 2013, quoting me as having exonerated the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar over his role in the conversion of Charity, daughter of Pastor Raymond Uzoechina of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) into Islam. ‘Specifically, the newspapers concerned quoted me as having said, “We have actually resolved the issue; there is a good understanding now especially as it concerns the person of respectable Etsu Nupe who has been misrepresented in the media.” ‘I hereby disown the above quoted statement credited to me and say that I, as the General Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, could not have spoken in that manner especially after witnessing the emotional encounter between Charity, her parents and siblings; a momentary family union which suggested to me that the young girl was under certain influences within the palace of the Etsu Nupe. Young Charity had agreed to go home with other members of the family during this encounter only to talk about threat to her life during the meeting. ‘The statement, therefore, does not represent my words and thoughts since I represented CAN at the meeting and not the spokesman of the Etsu Nupe. For the avoidance of doubt, the statement I made to the press who approached me after the meeting was that we have listened to both sides and that after hearing them have come to an understanding of the matter. I also recall telling the Correspondents that the matter would soon be resolved and that Pastor Uzoechina had all reasons to accuse the Etsu Nupe for taking custody of his daughter without his consent. I said the Etsu Nupe explained how he was given the custody of the girl. I then referred the Correspondents to the Acting Governor whom I said would brief them further. ‘CAN has been consistent on this issue of the forceful conversion of Charity Uzoechina because the manner, method of securing her custody and the demeanour of the Etsu Nupe each time a truce meeting before the last one held in Minna was called, left much to be desired. Even now that the Sharia Court has vacated its earlier order, the ruling is neither here nor there. To that extent, CAN has not exonerated the Etsu Nupe until Charity is put under the custody of the Niger State governor as agreed.’ •Photo shows CAN General Secretary, Rev. Dr. Musa Asake. Old soldier never dies: Veteran President Mugabe wins again, may rule Zimbabwe for life By News Express on 04/08/2013 Share on facebook Tweet inShare. Views: 14 Old war horse Robert Mugabe has done it again, thus proving true the old saying that old soldier never dies. The road was paved for a possible life presidency for the 89-year-old veteran when he was last night declared winner of the July 31 presidential election in Zimbabwe by the country’s electoral commission. Results announced by the Zimbabwe Election Commission (ZEC) indicated that Mugabe, who has led Zimbabwe since independence from Britain in 1980, won another five-year term, defeating his main challenger, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, with 61 per cent of the vote. The routing of Tsvangirai effectively ends the unity government formed by the two bitter rivals in 2009 to end the violence that trailed the 2008 ballot. Tsvangirai, who came close to being President but couldn’t win an outright majority in that election, eventually boycotting the run-off, could only manage to garner 33 per cent of the vote this time. Rejecting the result announced last night by ZEC, the MDC leader told a news conference at his house: “This fraudulent and stolen election has plunged Zimbabwe into a constitutional, political and economic crisis.” He demanded that a new election be held so that Zimbabweans could “freely and fairly elect a government of their choice” — a step that a spokesman for Mr. Mugabe’s party, ZANU-PF, quickly rejected. International observers say the election was free and fair but Tsvangirai and his MDC, as well as some local monitors insist the process was flawed. •Photo: Old war horse Mugabe has done it again. http://www.newsexpressngr.com/news/detail.php?news=2417&title=Old-soldier-never-dies:-Veteran-President-Mugabe-wins-again,-may-rule-Zimbabwe-for-life |
Ibaka Seaport architectural design ready •Akpabio restates commitment By News Express on 03/08/2013 Share on facebook Tweet inShare. Views: 84 The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Chief Godswill Akpabio, has restated his commitment to the actualisation of the Ibaka Deep Seaport project and expressed the hope that a substantial part of the project would be completed before he leaves office. Chief Akpabio dropped the hint when the Managing Director of China Civil Engineering Construction Company (CCECC), Mr Shi Hong Bing led the management team of the firm to present an architectural design of the project to the Governor in Abuja. The governor said he was elated about the Chinese firm’s interest in the maritime industry in Nigeria because, according to him, the Ibaka Deep Seaport represented the future of the maritime industry in Nigeria. According to Chief Akpabio, “I see a future for Ibaka in the Gulf of Guinea. It will help to decongest existing ports in Nigeria and also make Nigeria attractive destination for shippers. It will become a major trans-shipment destination because of the depth of the water. “It will also be of advantage to countries bordering Nigeria along the coastline. Akwa Ibom State has the largest and longest coastline in the country and we are glad that your company is interested in making use of these numerous advantages.” The governor acknowledged the reception the Chinese government and CCECC gave to President Goodluck Jonathan during his recent visit to China and said he was delighted by the cooperation between the two countries. Speaking, Mr. Bing thanked Chief Akpabio for the patronage and confidence he reposed in the company and promised continued commitment to standards in all its projects in the state. He disclosed that the Speaker of the Chinese parliament would visit Nigeria from September 18 to 20 and said he looked forward to using the visit as a platform for signing a memorandum of understanding on the project to facilitate the sourcing of finance from financial institutions. “The first phase of the project is estimated to cost about $3 billion so we need more investors to partner CCECC and Akwa Ibom State government to make the project a reality,” Bing. said. •Photo: Akpabio (left) receiving the architectural design of the Ibaka Deep Seaport Project from Bing. Sirniyeh: it's a pity that several people who posted on this thread only did base on the level of their understanding.to answer you question: "when a teacher teaches you same thing for 14yrs and you keep failing, then it is clearly your fault not teachers." opting is tantamount for bigger failure instead work on yourself to know why you keep failing bcus the teacher might hav applied a lot of strategies to improve you yet you are not. now I know quite well what you intend to pass across though your proverb couldn't get it right. the problem we have in this country is not we the followers but the leaders. in democratic system the masses elect the government but it is the government that lead them, form their culture, understanding vision etc. yet we elect them but they fail to lead us through instead choose to be selfish. and the easiest way for a Yoruba, fulani, hausa, ibo to go free in his crime is to through in a tribal sentiment into the mater. |
Fashola Replies Peter Obi Over Alleged Deportation Of Igbos From Lagos…Accuses Anambra Gov Of Mischiefthe first bolded response from Gov Fashola shows that there are no communication by both governor. then my conclusion is that fashola is wrong by waiting for Gov Obi to call him first, he would have called since he didn't hear from Obi. so fashola action is unconstitutional. and why should a "SAN" looks down on the law he ought to keep. Bolded 2: fashola assertion of blood here is a call for lagos state antics against other Nigeria state: so far there is no response from any ibo part treatning for blood, so where and how did fashola get into blood shed or was he planning for all these recently. fashola make 3 times repitation of a lot is at risk? as much as I know Gov obi and ikenga, massob group only speaks on the issue of deportation of 72 peoples to anambara. I don't see other igbos be it ouk or any other group saying anything outside of unconstitutional deportation. so how else in this world did fashola brings in other risks into it? our general understanding of "a lot is at risk" is ibo properties and business in lagos. so how did it come into fasholas mind when that is not the subject matter. I blv that ibos shoulb be careful and wise bcus fashola is upto dangerous trend against ibos. On Dr.Ngige response of the deportation: it pains me harder to see that lagos state has no document supporting their claims till Dr.Ngige's visit, the least lagos state claims is that Anambra state did not responed to their letter. so how on earth can chris ngige choose to accept 14 names in the quote document as a prove that both government really discourse while the people deported to Anambra is 72 in number not 14. then a look at the 14 names shows to us that most of the fabricated names are not even ibos and some are not anambra like names: no:1- nokonu Ani (ikanu) (ikanu l.g.a)------false bcus anambra has no l.g.a called ikanu? no:4- Emmanuel okon (ikolegbene) -----------false bcus ibos doesn't bear names as okon only crossriver/akwaibom do. no;5- ndubisi kalu (Onitsha) (ogbosili l.g.a)--- false bcus Onitsha people and anambra has no Kalu on Abia do. no:7- andy oshornogor ------false bcus oshornogor is benin not ibo no:14- Victoria agboola .-----false bcus agboola is not ibo but benin or ondo. my summary is that Peter is still right writing to the presidency since fashola documents complicated him the more by shiping 72 instead of 14. and Anambra people has not come to clear who is and who is not from their state b4 lagos ship them. and most of the destitutes are not from anambra. most of ths people are not destitutes bcus most was caught on their way to their shops. |
get themto work mr.president, make sure they deliver and be ready to prosecute anyone that don't work. give the timeline and be business like or else they will frustrate you. |
500samuel: this is pure marginalisation to the south west........i thought jona promise to compesate the south west by giving them more political appointmentwhy is it that everything is tribalism to yorubas why. how many MB are chairman there yet we don't complain. we are getting tired of you yorubas I must confess. its always you or nobody. |
Mesico2: My choice of religion is meaningless here my brother. What am saying is when u find yourself in a peaceful environment that happen not to be your village and God is blessing u and your family, then all u should care about is your daily bread not dragging with the locals of which belong to them. There was a case of David Mark during the campaigns for 2011 elections when he threatened non-idomas in Otukpo of eviction simply because they turned against PDP. Then they let him do his wishes on his people and everybody move on with their lives. That's what understanding is all about. So igbos should respect their hosts for peace to reign. And again I still want to know which part of benue u are from.thanks bro for your response though still unrealistic yet i will help you out. why not the yorubas impose a baba oloja on hausa Fulani that sell live stocks? why only the ibo dominated markets? why did Fulani/kanuri bombers usualy bomb markets or business areas populated by ibos? why not the Yoruba tailors etc? be sincere in answering me the questions, i tell you only then do we see the solution we are looking for in this country. if david mark did a thing as u mentioned above he is a bigot for doing so, am not as silly as changing the goal post just bcus my brother is involved. u bring in david mark issue just to defend the indefensible that its a norm here in Nigeria. pls bro accept it once and for all that fashola has demonic intentions against the ibos and good yorubas has to stand against him on that. remember today you are ontop and tomoro sure you will not be their again, and what if the ibos are there how do you want them to treat you? bible says "do to others (the good things) what you want them to do for you" |
Olamagnifico: If igbos won't obey Our customary Law... Fashola should pull down the market and rebuild a standard market or amusement park... Hahaha... We are tired of buying stolen goods and fake spare parts frm iboz...my advice to fashola is not to build market there no matter the standard after pulling down this current one. bcus it take more than government help and juju help to beat this ibos in trading field, just give it to them they are number one on that infact the best i hav seen in the land of the black. but i still blv this ibos are beatable in business and trading but not until government stop giving Fulani, hausa and yorubas unreasonable advantage over ibos. let us all compete on a level ground play we can develop and stand tall with the ibos or above them. but if we continue on government sizures or their goods bla bla for sure we are doomed with that. |
kasiem: Since this issues started all i have been waiting for is to see the comments from idio.ts like eziachi, abagworo, okorocha, ngige et alshame has covered them |
why fashola why? you of all people, you can control yourself from this tribalism unless you are fake and all the media hype about you are false. the onlyman that makes me to blv there's hope yet for naija there are Yoruba mayors in Britain that alone is a kesson. the bible said concerning the servant who cannot forgive another servant that owe him little to what he owe his master but were forgiven, "get him an throw him inside the prison till he paid the last penny" |
Ji_sun_pack: You came up with this worthless epistles because we asked you to respect our norms and traditions? Can you try this nonsense in Kano? Infact, can you try this nonsense in rivers state? Did Theodore Orji not sacked and deport his fellow Igbo brothers from Abia State civil service?mind you am not ibo but because as a Christian am obliged to say the truth where ever and when ever i see one. th bottom line is that there are hatred and envy of the ibos in the mind of average Yoruba man. am saying this with sincerity not to down grade the yorubas. ofcourse there are many good side of yorubas but on this i confirm it to be true. |
Mesico2: Abeggy make I hear word. Who be your dad that fought the civil war? So because your dad tell u his personal experience about the war now make u think yoruba hate igbo? What if your dad personally hate yorubas too and decided to poising the mind of u his kid? I also have a personal grudge against igbo cos my dad also lost his 3 storey up-stairs building located at no15 Bida street in Onitsha to the war and so? Tell me where u are from in Benue and I'll tell u my personal experience of igbos in that your same benue and how they hate us yoruba with their life.i don't wana trade words with you but search your conscience if it tells you that fashola action is wrong why not condemn fashola . by the way sir are you a Christian or muslim? |
Ji_sun_pack: No! If you have more than 20 million, we give you asylumstop this hate and wicked statements, these guys are humans just like us, they don't pluck money from the tree, its their sweat and labour so they are entitle to enjoy it. no where in the constitution of Nigeria that states that a citizen is a foreigner in any part of the country. look at it coming the yorubas and the core north are dividing this country gradually bcus of their ibo hatred. the war is over lets move on stop hunting for ibos and their properties and businesses. are we not fair enough in the middle belt to allow yorubas and ibos trade freely and move freely live in peace. pls accommodate others stop the media hype that you guys are tolerant. this is why I don't blv people that talks so much and do little. |
payless: He is not doing anything wrong. He is just cleaning up Lagos and moving it towards a mega city like New York, Dubai, Atlanta, Cape Town, Johanesbourg, etc..but this is a bad trend in a country like ours. fashola is a tribalist I must confess. my dear pls lets stand up for the truth no matter whom it favors. are we no more Christian and muslims? fashola motives and moves on ibos are too suspicious even to me a neutral person, com on fashola is predictable on this issue and anything about ibos. |
Mesico2: Guy stop it. Which part of benue are u from and what are the things yoruba did wrong to igbos in your benue that makes u to jump to conclusion that yoruba hate igbo in your benue?hHAHAHAHAHAHA guy pls don't ask me the question again, my dad and so many of my kins men fought the war along with Yoruba soldiers and they told us a lot that happens in the war front, ask yourself why is it only black scorpion a Yoruba that said "he is going to shoot anything moving or whatever" |
Okoro2015: But I thought they said it's an OPC/areas boys call? Why hiding under federal establishments (police and army) now? This is one battle oga Fashy must loose.you cant be so sure of what you write above. remember that our Fulani/hausas will stand by anyone who maltreats ibos. to me whether fashola loose or not my take is that wickedness is bad for a man in the position of fashola. |
jjcbuthot: Man, you are a foreigner in SW if you dont know. Who declared Biafra? No be you? You can't eat your cake and have it.that is not the reason our middle beltan armies fought the war. we fought to unite the country and make it one where everybody will be a citizen not a foreigner in your own country again. but the truth remains that Fulani/hausa and yorubas realy has ulterior motive in Nigeria bcus of their fear and hatred of the ibos. I need to be open and direct when speaking the truth as a Christian. what else can make your fellow countryman to call another a foreigner while at home if not envy and hatred. sorry am not keeping sides here but truth must be said , fashola I blv to be smart really not as smart as I think maybe God just want to reveal the evil in his heart. |
