When OBJ and Atiku was sworn-in in 1999 till the end of their administration, they paid all the debt and we were tagged as a debted free nation by World bank and the rebuilding of NIGERIA began. During their administration, they never blamed the rot of the military govt which Buhari, TY Danjuma, Tam David West, IBB, etc were part of. These men allocated oil-bloc to themselves and their cronies. They were the genesis of our problem.
