......was at UBE yesterday,saw some persons whose names were omitted writing down their names with the hope of having an insider help them out.

.......technically speaking, you are suppose to have picked up your appointment letter along with the non-queried teachers from your LGA on monday,the 11.but thanks to the incompetence of those preparing it,even those without queries are yet to collect their.my advice is,don't panick, all would be attended to,as long as they protest and threaten to burn down the complex........ hahahahahahahahahahah......just kidding, everyone would receive his/her appointment letter.just be patient.

........whoever losses this job simply because of an NYSC discharge certificate is either not a graduate of RSUST or passed through the university without the university passing through him/her.I don't have one but will be picking up my appointment letter tomorrow. call it whatever you like,all I know be say nah naija we dey.......

.....no new list.just dates for collection of appointment letter based on local government areas. I guess the bunch of clowns in ube are tired of making the whole process unnecessarily stiff and regimented.although I believe the main oga-at-the-top is not happy with their slow pace,hence the breaking of their pathetic protocols.

.....I strongly believe so.there have been unnecessary delay in the issuing of appointment letter that the ogas-at-the-top in UBE can no longer continue to delay without provoking the main oga-the-top.mind you though,there seem to be the usual Nigerian incompetence in the handling of name and information time such a point that those without query or issues in their documentation may find themselves without appointment letter due to nobody-knows-why.just pray it goes well for you or else,.........

please note that the initial date given on www.sscntech.com/ube.PHP was changed within minutes after it was published. The one pasted above is the correct one.Also note that certain persons names were omitted for no obvious reasons.if you ends up falling into that category, don't panick,it would be rectified as long as you don't sit at home and expect miracle to happen.

For those in ube, don't worry as long as your name is not in the query list.hopefully between friday and monday,a comprehensive and final list of the employed teachers for ube would be published along with your serial numbers and the date for your one week training. As for those of us whose names are on the query list,don't also worry,just come along with your call-up letter from 6-8 august if you're still serving and if you are yet to serve,honestly, nah only god fit help you.......

For those who have been issued and yet to be issued an appointment letter,be informed that your being paid would depend on when you were posted.do not start spending and hoping that since your appointment letter dates june 20,you will be paid three months salary by september.

It would interest you to know that documents verification with the appropriate bodies (WAEC, NECO, NYSC, Tertiary Institutions etc) will be made. This might not be immediately but remember this is a pensionable job thus in a few couple of years your 'smartness' will be discovered.


I remember you're the dude passing out November this year, take heart bro. Missing out on this one doesn't mean dats the end of life, rather than doing something rash & risking police trouble.

.....and I guess it never occur to you within the time it takes to verify the discharge certificate, who ever submitted a fake one would finished serving and replaced the fake with the original certificate. Anyway, with or without discharge, am getting the job.

fubara H: I strongly doubt that, cus we were informed during the interview that you will not get the job if u were still a serving corp member. Am still not sure why anyone would use ssce to get a teaching job in the ministry.

........then I guess many would resolve to faking a discharge certificate.

i believe that those who would be done with their service still have a chance of getting the job if they appeal to the conscience of whoever is giving out the appointment letter...... I pray it works for me.

VERY FUNNY SITUATION I SEE HERE......THOUGH ALL IN ALL,BUNCH OF CRAZY CROWD PRODUCE REASONABLE INFORMATION, MASSIVE RUMORS.... WELL-DONE FELLOW TEACHERS TO BE...

Most times,humans unnecessarily create mental torture for themselves because of their ability to turn rumors into facts.if anyone has scaled through the interview and completed the required documentation, the most intelligent thing to do is wait for further directive from the appropriate agency rather than generate or consume hearsay as if their appointment letter depends on it.....i do not here criticize those who have kept this thread alive by giving much needed information of which i am indepted to but is concerned that confusedly impatience half-baked, unemployment -made-them-teachers have taken it upon themselves to parade rumors as fact......

what an irony,so called classroom teacher are battering words like market women...I pity the students they are suppose to teach.

MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT MY MEDICAL CLEARANCE IS 7 YEARS OLD AND AM DUE TO BE IN BAYELSA. FOR NYSC CLEARANCE ON MONDAY WHEN OPOBO IS DUE FOR VERIFICATION.
