I applied to Seven schools and got all with my Master's degree though they all asked for a reason why, I wrote a good SOP. Using a uba gold dollar debit card with a balance of $1352 to pay for ihs(successfully debited $875). Balance left was now $479. While proceeding to pay for visa fee which is $451, I got an error message that I had insufficient balance. I rushed to the bank to inquire why, I was told that there's a retaining balance of $50. Then I proceeded to fund the account with $25. Now after funding, I tried paying again and the error this time is that the bank is 'unable to verify the account at time, try again later'. Please who else has faced similar challenge using UBA card? And what could be the way out?
