Good day house
I’m having difficulty creating an express entry profile. Note I have my IELTS and ECA. Each time I create it will tell me I’m ineligible. I have tried it more than five times. Someone should please advise and how I can go about it
When I determine my eligibility it tells me I am ineligible. And when I fill my profile, I get the email that I am ineligible |

Hello, Thanks for your reply. I have a higher national diploma in Accounting. My intended program is Business Analysis and it relates to my work experience because I work as a Business Analyst in a Bank, so I really don't understand.I agree with the travel history but not with the purpose of visit, because guys have long said it on this thread that your program must be related to your work experience or undergraduate study. Thanks oluwaCanny: sorry for ur delay..!! Can you give a little brief profile about yourself touching on program u did during your UG studies, intended program and how it relates with ur UG and or current work.... i guess u pgd or pdc applicant
For travel history dont worry too much about that.
Also, order for gcms file as soon as possible. |

Hello Everyone,
I just collected my passport now and I was rejected based on two things.
1. Purpose of visit 2. Travel history
Am shocked with purpose of visit because, the essence of this is schooling, and it relates to my work experience, and for travel history I have never travelled out of the country, what could be happening??
House kindly shed more light on this |

Eraytee: At bold, it's true. If program of study is not more than 6months it may not require medicals. If ur program is more than 6months, definitely a medical exercise has to be taken. Thank you bro for your swift reply, but am hearing info that some applicants are being given TRV without medical call and their programs are more than 6months. Does this happen often or once in a blue moon and has this happened in this thread before.. Thanks |

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to get Trv without medical call? someone told me they do and the program is usually six months.
So am bit confused, no medical should be automatic refusal, but people are saying different things.
Please I need your views please. |

Hello Bro, When did you apply and what method? was it paper or online? and how many weeks? Thanks wealth360: TO GOD BE THY GLORY. If you know that God's testimonies will never seize here and in your house hold please wherever you are help me praise the LORD. God did it this morning. I checked my CIC account and my heart was like gheghegheghegheghegh because I saw "A final decision has been made" check below. Gurus and everyone I could not scroll down for like 10min on till I gathered courage and behold I saw......Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details...... I just jump out of the office and hug the first person I saw and I started praising God. God is Awesome my people.
Lesson learnt is that, 1. first timer please endeavor to read past thread even when its lengthy try to read am as if you are jacking a course of 6 credit load. I did and it pays off now that I could seek for my admission and TRV myself with the help of God and The wonderful Gurus in the house.
2. After that please be sincere and have faith in God. Never think negative about your application. 3. Loads of Prayers and Fasting. as for me I fast every Tuesdays and pray with my wife everyday because it was on a Tuesday I submitted my TRV application.....Lol.
God is faithful. Am really indebted to God and to the Gurus I met here. thanks @MichV, Yemmdogg, folaroyal, TheSoj, Mcowubaba(Even when you abandoned me in the middle of vetting my SOP. you are great Man.), Austinpee4, Nony1(Get ready to accept me as visitor.), Osemigho and the rest people in the house. Eraytee: well said bro, i still dont get that aspect very well why pple would just want to be in trouble, like u said the more reason they would dedicate 18-20wks reviewing our applications, they know the situation of Nigeria and they are aware of peoples desperation to leave the country. cox i dont know how someone can prove its innocent when u submit such doc. this is my advice though for any1 reading this, pls when it comes to financial docs DO NOT SUBMIT A FRAUDULENT ONE if they wont vet other docs but SOA is just too high a risk to take. Hello guys, Am applying online, I just need clarification if I could print my dcouments in black and white. Why because some of the sponsorship details are too big even after compressing them with available tools. Thanks as always |

CarpricornPratt: Use the Application online called 'PDF Merger' or any PDF merge app you like to merge your multiple PDF files... But merge them orderly.. For example anything that has to do with finances like your sponsors account and letter from your sponsor, bank statements, proof of land ownerships etc merge them as one file and upload under the section on your CIC page that says 'Proof of finance'.. If you want to upload Academic files like your Certificate merge it together with your admission letter from your canada school and upload it under 'Acceptance Letter'.. If you are doing upfront medical and police report merge it with your Letter of Explanation and upload it in that section. In the end the VO will print them all out and assess them. Thanks, you just helped a brother bro.. |

Once you arrive Canada with your study visa, your work permit will be issued at Point of entry (POE) all things being equal. dogice: 1) They aint talking about NYSC bro. Just put"NO" for the military part. 2) For the funds available for your stay, it depends on how much you have on your statement of account. But you could estimate your living expenses to be $1000 per month times the length of your program (in months) plus your tuition. That should be the minimum amount you should put. And you can always go higher. Or
You could just go with what the school sent to you. I'm pretty sure they sent you the Fees and Expenses for a year. So you could just put that amount times the number of years of your program. Hello Dogice, thank you for the clarification For the tuition i should state it there cos I have that on my acceptance letter , what about the amount for Board and others? am really confused in that part. My acceptance letter states I should budget 19600 cad for tutition, living expenses and others... Thanks once again |

thesoj: I get your points and you are right that one could choose a PGD over a masters if it offers better post-graduation opportunities. Having said that, I'd suggest you see things from the VO's perspective: PGD admissions are sooo easy to obtain unlike masters admissions, so desperate visa applicants are likeliest to go the PGD route but not as much the masters route.
Last year, a much higher fraction of PGD applicants got visa denials compared to masters applicants. Admittedly, this may be due to the possibility that PGD visa applicants are more likely to put together worse visa application documents than masters visa applicants (if we can infer from their lower CGPA and/or rush to leave Naija) OR it could be due to the likelihood that PGD applicants are more likely to pick courses that are incompatible with their prior education.
To be objective, a PGD is not equivalent to a masters, a masters is a superior academic qualification. Btw, I have nothing against PGDs (I have a sibling finishing a PGD in Canada and it has served him well)... just being objective here.
PS: You can study computer security in a masters program, but it would be a specialization under a computer science masters program. It also likely would be more foundational and theoretically comprehensive than what you'd get in a PGD program on computer security. Hello Guys, Please I need your input,am filling the 1MM1294 form and there are some questions I need clarification on 1.
