#singing You made a way
When our backs were against the wall
And it looked as if it was over
You made a way
And we're standing here
Only because you made a way
You made a way
You move mountains
You cause walls to fall
With your power
You perform miracles
There is nothing that's impossible
And we're standing here
Only because you made a way
Don't know how but you did it
Made a way

God is been awesome, I got a mail from cic last night telling me I have a new message and I should check it (cos I linked my paper application online) and the message was my correspondence letter saying my study permit has been approved.

Please what exactly should be the content of the message? Should I just inform them that my application have passed the normal processing time and the extention given to me from the school?
Main focus should be that your application has passed the processing time and that you want an update regarding your application.

Congratulations Iruoma, I am happy you made it and I also hope to meet up with my Canada dream. All I ask now is for all to remember me in their prayers. It is well. I still believe in miracle concerning my Canada visa application. My prayer is that the Canada Immigration must overturn their previous decision and approve my visa.

Good evening guys, i got a mail from the program adviser for Levene Business School In University of Regina congratulating me and sending me details of how to further in my application. He did that with the mind that the Faculty of graduate studies would have sent my official acceptance letter to me, but I'm yet to receive any mail from the faculty itself. His initial mail was to tell me that he had recommended me, while the later mail was to give me further details with the expectation that they would've sent me acceptance letter. Though, my status on the portal still shows my application has gone halfway

please guys, I'm a lil confused. kindly advise me on the way forward. I already sent him a mail though, letting him know I have not gotten the letter from them.

@folaroyal and others please i have a big issue please help me out. i refused in US visa twice but i am not stated it in my application. see down below of what i recieved for accra, canada embassy.

Dear

I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted in its support. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states:

16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

On the current application form, you indicate that you have never been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country. According to information in our records, you were refused a visa to the United States in 2014 and 2015.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):

40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act

40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1): (a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted on this letter for all correspondence, and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be assessed based on the information available, which will likely result in a refusal.

Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.

Guys please be aware. US and Canada share immigration info. The systems speak to each other to a certain level. You may get away with hiding facts about UK immigration from CIC but with US and Canada? Hmm. Serious issue.

Oga Wasiu, i think you should respond. If you used an agent, blame it on the agent. If not, i dont have a response again. Over to the house
