Thank you bro., God bless. I'm applying for September 17 intake, is their admission decision always on holds until they receive transcripts from school? Like how many months did you stay before you got an admission offer from them?
Yes, until they receive transcript. I just got the admission in November 29th and I apply since March this year cos my course is very competitive.

So it depends on the course you are going for how competitive it is, mine was very competitive though.., that's why Is always advisable to check whether a course is available before applying.. You can email or call the school.

I hope this helps,

Best

1. Exchange students are students who are going for a program in canada for a period of time before they return back to their home country to continue the program.

2.This is applicable if internship/co-op is part of your program. Some acceptance letters will come with a letter confirming that work is part of your studies, please note this is only applicable to courses that co-op/internship is a pre-requisite for completion of the program.
Thanks, I think am okay now..

What were your answer(s) to the question(s) above?
You can only be asked to provide a 'letter of curriculum' from your educational institution if you answered 'YES' to the question about work being an essential part of your studies.
They want to know and be guided on how to proceed and find out if you will need a work permit to enable you work possibly more than the 20hrs/week given to students. The letter from the school will explain the details further hence their request for it.
Your answers should be NO if you are not an exchange student and NO if work is not an essential part of your study.
If you haven't applied yet, you may wish to start the process over again.
Thank you Austinpee4, I think I can still edit the checklist, the answer should be NO for both, I really appreciate for the clarity.

One more thing, I cannot see a place to attach acceptance letter in the checklist area? Or where can I attach that? U are the best

Pls I need a guide from anybody that once applied to New Brunswick Community College (NBCC),I'm about applying to the school, I've just downloaded the form. My questions are :
1. Will the completed form be mail via postal order or scanned?
2. Is scanned unofficial transcript accepted for admission process or I must provide an official transcript from my school?
3. Is o'level results part of the documents to send?
I will appreciate a prompt response pls as I'm already late for the Sept 17 app
U can apply online an pay your fees, keep the acknowledgement copy. Th transcript u send it directly to the school from your school. That's all you don't need wasce or anything

Pls how many weeks on waiting list and what course?

Am in a cross road to apply for another school as
backup but my pocket right now is something else..

Thanks
Hi, I applied since February this year because the course am going for is very competitive, ie for Sept 2017 intake. I was told that seat has been filled up for international students. I even sent them a mail why I was still on waiting list and later I got the admission after series of mails and follow up..

Still send them a mail maybe in a month's time and follow up, you will get the admission.

The course am going for is business Analysis.

Best,

It may be difficult to get response to your query as this isn't clear to our understanding....
What school?
What program and level?
Which receipt?
Why is the school interested in your cic receipt?
Please be more detailed!
Regards
Thanks for your post, the school is New Brunswick Community College, post graduate Diploma in Business Analysis

I will need to present proof that have applied for a study permit/visa within 30 days by sending us a copy of the Acknowledgement of receipt from IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada) and also receipt for acceptance.

The reason my school is interested in my accepatnce receipt and study permit receipt is that the program is still open to other candidates because we have so many on waiting list.

Best Regards,

Hello All, Please I need your input, I just got admission and I want to apply for trv using the online method.

The school has mandated me to pay acceptance fee and apply for visa online by sending the receipt to them once I apply online.

I just want to confirm that at what point are you going to pay online?, is it when you want to submit your documents or when you are registering?

My school has mandated me to submit receipt from Immigration office once I make payment. And I have thirty days to this., I got the admission since 29th of November.

Thanks.

Sir you are very welcomed, but you need not to lose hope from a great forum as you called it.i also assume that your job position or role may have been related to your intended program before some individuals we capitalize immediately that they sought no relationship but still he got his TRV approved.we share experiences here and no1 here is trained or certified immigration officer. the chances of PGD/PBD/PGC/Diploma are always limited. if you did examine during july/august/september this year, there was massive refusal for pgc(d) applicants even with perfect application.it was really alarming that we were like if CIC no longer accepts pgc(d) applications. Like i have said before based on assertion, online application do favor for pgc(d) if i start making counts with experiences on this thread. some of this depends on who handled your application..some successful individuals for masters who are still following this thread got refused for PGC program twice. you could imagine when a VO would tell an applicant '' similar program can be obtained in home country, don't know why an applicant is incurring cost for such expensive trip to canada, you can imagine VO saving us cost cheesy. another gcms note read, ''applicant's study duration is a 2 semester program not convinced about applicant purpose of study when similar program can be obtained in short duration in his home country'' bla bla.. when you see such, you will have to know that the VO is against your PGC(D) program etc...every individual is case by case.meanwhile some PGC applicants brought the refusal for theirselves by choosing program that has no relationship but they felt it was related. what i believe is read people's experiences,go back and strategise according to your case/profile. though atimes if you read some people's post don't know if mine is one of them it is discouraging.i can never say your document is small and mr.b own is bigger because mr.a provided what applies to his case/profile while mr.b submitted according to his profile.
Are you saying that Pgd applicants should use online route or paper route? Which is faster?
