Hmm,but I will like to ask one question ooo How actually do this vo's check mate the authenticity of an applicant statements, Because I am sure banks will never reveal acct Ballance to a third party. Pls how Nowa001: Hello everyone
I’ve been a silent reader on this forum for months now. I submitted my study permit application since May last year and I’ve been waiting on IRCC for a reply since and i just got a message from them today.
So it turned out i got procedural fairness letter this morning and i was told I submitted a fraudulent statement of account. I used my mum’s account statement which had over thirty nine million as in flow and forty one million as out follow but had a balance of three million because she had just recently purchased goods at the time. During when i wanted to submit the application, NYSC had just posted me and i needed to go to camp so my friend connected me with an agent who i sent all my documents to and paid him to help me submit the application because I didn’t want to wait till after camp before submitting so that my processing time would start counting. While in camp i was having network issues so I really couldn’t use my phone, when i was finally out of camp i saw messages from the agent telling me he had submitted but he had to improvise because my balance was low. I called him immediately and he said he edited the bank statement and increased the balance, i was really furious because i had seen on this platform people’s visa being approved with less balance, but the deed had already been done all i could do was cut ties with the agent after that.
Now i have 15 days to reply IRCC with a new statement of account and also I’m to attach a letter of explanation explaining the falsified document, please gurus in the house I’ll need help in writing the LOE and also I will appreciate any advice from the house on how to go about this |

U said non refundable,?? I thought they said Conestoga does a refund, mrprolifik: The letter of acceptance from Conestoga college usually comes before the $1500 deposit. In fact it is in this letter that will contain instruction telling you to pay the $1500 non refundable deposit to book your place in the program . And you will usually be given 1 month to accept and pay the $1500 deposit or else you might loose your offer. |

[quote author=ndubisik post=109007148]Happy new year everyone!
Please guys I need your help as I am at crossroads.
I got my visa to Canada and I am due to resume this January. However the money I have right now is enough to cover only my tuition but not my stay in Canada. I can also hustle funds to pay for my flight.
I have not yet paid my school fees of 8277CAD yet and on the admission letter it says you have to pay to get letter of enrollment.
Can I fly into Canada without paying for the school fees first?
I don't even know how to go about rent.
Please which should I pay for first?
Thank you.[/quote

makano post=108677257]This is simply when an applicant does a Medical examination without the request of IRCC...
Its mainly done to avoid the delay of a Medical request from IRCC.. I.e instead of IRCC sending an applicant a request to do a Medical Examination, they will just update the Medical section to pass since they already have the Medical examination results of the Applicant..
But note, doing an Upfront medical doesn't mean you will get your Visa, it's actually a 50-50 thing, but once you get a Medical Request, they you have a 90% chance of your application to be approved for a Study permit Visa..
