Hi guys. My UK visit visa was refused yesterday.
My application was air tight - if I do say so myself.
However, the officers reason was that he checked my employers business registration online and it was inactive. I work for a company with over 250 employees
When I checked the registration website , realized that almost all companies register before 2020 were appearing as inactive. The website isn’t updated.
Please house, what can be done in this situation ?

Can we say every refusal decision must come with a mail from UkVi even before u collect the passport and if there is no mail from UkVi bearing any refusal but to only collect your passport only means your visa has been approved

My uncle(late dads brother ) is a Uk citizen and he’ll be sending a letter of invitation so I’ll be staying with him for about 10 days during the trip.

What’s the best way to breakdown my situation to the visa officer.

Should I state I’ll be paying my ticket myself and would have extra 200 pounds for shopping while my uncle would cater for accommodation, feeding etc

Im also getting prepared to submit my Canadian visa application so I’ve built my account with salary to show monthly (300k )

What’s the best way to package my application.

Gudafternoon house trust we are all fine , pls i need an advice on my re application, I was refused uk visa jan this year . Their reason was that My business name is Inactive on CAC portal. Honestly I haven't filed in annual returns for over ten year out of ignorance . Now a cac agent said the only way forward is for me to upgrade to Limited Liability. I submitted savings statement of acc in my last application, pls will i be able to apply with the same savings acc after the upgrade , because it's my savings ac I have structured over time, pls your advice will be highly appreciated.

Biometrics : 28th September 2021

Collection mail: 24th February 2022
Picked up my passport Today. (2yrs visa)

Visa has been issued since 11th November 2021.

Monthly expenses - #70,000
Disposable Income - #315,000

That is to say in six (6) months x DI =

#1,890,000

Budget Expenditure (BE)

Flight - #380,000
Entertainment - #100,000
Transportation - #80,000
Little shopping - #50,000
Accommodation - free (as I have a host)
Feeding - free (as my host will handle that)

TOTAL - #610,000 (BE)

That is to say that my 2months DI is in agreement with my BE....

Please what is your take on the above.

Again, I want to ask, can I start this acct building with a zero open Balance or I should lodge in some money then start the following month?

I am being concerned as ECO may want to read a different meaning to that how come I claim to be working for years yet started with a zero open acct.

it depends. Is this a salaried job you are doing at the moment and how long have you been there for? If it will make you feel nervous, then wait sometime. You dnt have to apply with an opening bal of 100k reflecting on your statement if nervous.
There is never ever a need to rush.
