I admire Tinubu’s mind. He laid the groundwork for the Fashola’s Ambode’s and Sanwo’s developmental
effort in Lagos. He is brilliant at picking the right man for the job.

You have to know what Lagos was like before he became governor in 1999 to appreciate
what he has done for Lagos. This is in spite of the PDP frustrating him at the federal level (
OBJ withheld Local govt funds from Lagos, Tinubu still paid salaries and ran his govt. Yar’Adua
finally released the funds - billions - when he became president).

I hope Prof Soludo is getting adequate security in light of what happened a while back.

I pray for no reprisals.

The governor is showing great leadership. N35,000 state minimum wage is applaud able. There are states with
lots of revenue (igr & federal allocation + oil derivation) and less population than Lagos; they are paying no where near
N35,000.

I think laws should be passed by state/federal houses of assembly against not completing projects left
by a previous administration. Govt is a continuum.
