The truth is most people don't know the biblical meaning of "judgement"

When Jesus said:
"Stop judging that you may not be judged"

He later added:

for with the judgment you are judging, you will be judged, and with the measure that you are measuring out, they will measure out to you.  Why, then, do you look at the straw in your brother’s eye but do not notice the rafter in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Allow me to remove the straw from your eye,’ when look! a rafter is in your own eye? What he's saying is that you shouldn't conclude on what you haven't gotten the matter clearly {1Thessalonians 5:21} a woman may commit adultery and caught in the act surely she's guilty of committing adultery but can was she pressed to do it?

Imagine a man who married a woman he knows that loves romance and sex and deliberately deny her for weeks just to come out and accuse her of having sex with someone else.
Of course from the viewpoint of humans she should be dealt with but from God's viewpoint she is more righteous than her husband! 1Corinthans 7:3-5

So it's wiser to leave judgment in God's hands:

Return evil for evil to no one. Take into consideration what is fine from the viewpoint of all men.  If possible, as far as it depends on you, be peaceable with all men. Peacecore said preaching publicly and in his comments it's stated that people do ignore this preachers because they are going for their business.
So it's understandable that he wasn't talking about someone who is talking to his neighbor in the market place or motor park rather he is talking about those shouting at passersby who are going to their respective destinations.
You may think he is wrong but when you see others explaining what he meant in his post further pestering him shows you are not just commenting rather you want to impose your opinion on him!

Chosen in this context means those who falls in the category of faith in Christ Jesus that's what God foreordained before this world of evildoers exist not before creation.

Note that Satan is the God of this world {2Corinthians 4:4} doesn't mean he is the Creator rather the world of wicked people and unbelievers! John 17:14-16

We must be saved through WORKS but is it the works of self righteousness or that of the Mosaic laws?

The answer is "NO"

So through which works are we to be saved?

By the WORKS Jesus commissioned due to the undeserved kindness of God who gave us His only begotten Son to lay his life down for us to learn from him. John 3:16

This means if Jesus never engaged in the preaching and teaching that could save humans from our sins Satan won't gather enemies from among his own people against him. So it's the teachings that Jesus laid down that's going to save us and it's only those exercising faith in that teaching that will be saved.

So it's not just by saying "I believe in God or Jesus" that will save anyone {James 2:19-20} rather it's by WORKING in line with Jesus' teachings with faith that you are on the path that leads to everlasting life! Matthew 7:21-23

What God knows perfectly is His own purpose which nothing can change {Isaiah 55:11} but as for what each person will do regarding His purposes that He leaves to your own freewill.

See what God said about Abraham:

God purposed that salvation will reach all other nations of the earth by means of the Jews! Zechariah 8:23 compare to John 4:22

That's what Paul meant in his letter not that God predestined anyone in person apart from Jesus all those who embraced Christianity did so by freewill {Matthew 19:27} when other Jews turned back after getting annoyed over Jesus' teachings! John 6:66

So it wasn't automatic otherwise that would have mean God is partial! Act 10:34-35
