Jesus began ruling in heaven in the year 1914 not earth so this is the right time to start praying fervently for his kingdom to come so that the same way Jesus and his angels ousted Satan and his demons in heaven for peace to reign in heaven {Revelations 12:7-12} since the year 1914 they should come and do the same to Satan, his cohorts and their human agents here on earth! Matthew 6:10

You claimed Jesus' statement means the believers who are ALIVE when Jesus COMES TO START HIS government will never die again. Yet, the same you believe that Jesus has COME AND STARTED HIS GOVERNMENT SINCE 1914. Why do JWs who exercise faith in Jesus continue to die since 1914?

I'm just saying about the possible misunderstanding from others on the outside. They need a message of comfort. That the door is not open and shut case for only and specifically Jehovah's witnesses. Many of them view the word Armageddon like they do rapture. So in this case, hearing the words with insinuations that it's Jehovah's witnesses will survive may not be the best port of call. Doubts and disbelief may arise. It might also sound counterintuitive when they start considering Isaac, Jacob, Moses etc that were before Jesus Christ or Jehovah's witnesses.
So, just as when you call upon someone and say "we're your neighbours" instead of "we've come to preach to you", it's better to keep the door open for humble inquiry and persuasive argument.
If the op likes, let them spend their lives attempting to persecute people of other faiths like Jehovah's witnesses or continue in fear instead of taking positive steps.

The OP has a blood brother who is now a baptized JW if not an elder by now but he hates JWs with passion so with the long discussion i've had with him on this forum he has become restless and when any Bible verse talks about destruction of the unbelievers Jehovah's Witnesses always come to his mind as the only true religion so he is scared that's why he is always looking for ways to engage JWs by all means insisting on knowing what awaits him just as those spirits in Tartarus {2Peter 2:4} are eagerly anticipating what we will say about ARMAGEDDON! 1Peter 1:12 wink

Just like the post by op MightySparrow, This is a little bit a misrepresentation of what Jehovah's witnesses actually teach. Salvation and everlasting life do not lie in the mere hands of men or an organisation. You don't become saved because you became a Jehovah's witness or started studying with them. At no time has their Watchtower organisation taught such a thing. I'm just saying that outsiders will misunderstanding of @bolded parts of it's worded exactly that way.
The emphasis is on "Honest hearted individuals", who will receive an opportunity by the almighty himself to become saved irrespective of their backgrounds. Many from the past like Noah, Abel will also be called upon for everlasting life.

Governing Body doesn't say anything new if you are studying with the JWs because it's whatever they found written in the Bible that they base their teachings on.
But when people including members of the group notice what is happening and compare it to what the scriptures say the fear grips many that only members of this group can be saved.
That's what is affecting the OP.
Who am i to quench his fears?
If that is what his conscience is telling him then so be it!

Nah ANONYMOUS but because honest hearted and sincere ones are speaking up for the Good things they are seeing in God's organization!

Jehovah's Witness is operating at a different level.
They have been steadfast, resolute and committed.
I hold no grudge against them. They downplay commercialization of churches.
They entertain persecutions a lot, in fact more than several Christian bodies.
Seems in their church everyone is at same level irrespective of your degree, financial acquaintance and contacts.
And it seems they obey the Bible the most:
-They hardly disturb neighbors during prayers.
-They frown at intimidation and flamboyant lifestyles.
-They ensure financial gifts are covered and never displeased at whatever they recieve.
-Their members would make good politicians but they frown at politics
I respect them. I judge based on actions and not what I'm told.

I am convinced that jw are the real religion, they do everything in line with the bible.
Na small time remain for me now, I don enter. If everybody in the world is a jw the world would be a better place.

I would love to be a Jehovah witness, because of their gentle life. Relaxed service and programs(not those stressful and loud types), and serenity of their church yard. Infact, its this serenity of their abode that blows my mind!

But the thing that worries me, is their misled teachings. How can you say that we are not going to die, but remain on earth and unite with our love ones and live happily together forever!

Thanks to Jehovah i have found God's organization!

In your Hadiths there are questionable records that even a kid will laugh at for instance Muhammad commanding the sun and moon to enter his pockets but that won't disturb your conscience rather it's the reports of two followers of the same man one who really was with him and the other who gathered reports that is lacking in integrity to you!

At birth women bears their father's name so when they make a vow to God only their father can break such vow and God will forgive them because their owner not them ends the vow.
God later said if the woman is married her vows can also be broken by her husband. Numbers 30:3-8

The question:

If she bears her father's name at birth and he has the right to break her vows whose name should she bear now that she's MARRIED and has BECOME ONE {Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6} with someone else who also has the right to break her vows?

God promised a time when the earth will become peaceful with peace loving people all over the planet {Psalms 37:9-11} so Himself and His only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) has been working towards this goal {John 5:17} their plan is to gather all peace lovers throughout the earth under one umbrella {Isaiah 2:2-4} and destroy all weapons of war {Psalms 46:9} it won't work if there still remains people who are making weapons and training people to kill so to permanently end wars God included it in His son's teachings that obedient humans need to forgive and forget past errors or wrongdoings of their neighbors as in to forgo whatever anyone has done to hurt us in the past {Matthew 6:15} this will help us to think of how we can progress as one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers of the same God! John 17:22
That's the purpose of Christianity!
But Satan doesn't want humans to be saved so to complicate issues for humans he initiated different sects in the name of "CHRISTIANS" with false teachings after the death of Jesus' Jewish disciples! Matthew 13:25
Initially angels in heaven wanted to stop this move but Jesus commanded them to allow this falsehood until our time when they will have to separate faithful people from hypocrites! Matthew 13:30
Well after centuries of spiritual darkness Jesus returned as a spirit King and began to restructure his group though what he met wasn't the same thing he left back in the first century {Luke 18:8} but he started going from one group to another until he found this group called "International Bible Students" out of all religions claiming Abrahamic only this group was prepared to welcome this spirit King who wants to correct all the blunders man has committed in the name of God.
So Jesus chose them and started working with them until his father was satisfied with the restructuring and changed their name to JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES! Isaiah 65:15
Note what God said in that verse, He will destroy all others except this group.
WHY?
Because they are the only ones meeting up with the goal for which Christianity was established which is gathering peace lovers {Luke 10:6} throughout the earth {Matthew 28:19-20} to form one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers {Micah 4:1-3} so when Jesus said many will claim they are Christians but he will disown them {Matthew 7:21-23} it's because they failed to meet up with God's purpose therefore instead of working for Jesus the Prince of Peace they will be deceived by Satan the killer to continue hating, fighting and killing one another! Revelations 6:3-4
That's why Jesus said he will order all of them to be killed when he start his government! Luke 19:27
My careful research makes me believe that this is the reason why Jehovah's Witnesses claim that Armageddon will spare only Jehovah's Witnesses and those who are progressively studying the Bible with them! Malachi 3:16

Read what Jesus said first:

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life; and everyone who is living and exercises faith in me will never die at all. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26

What Jesus said here is that any of his disciples who happens to be alive when Jesus comes to start his government will never die again but untill then you and i are still going to die that's why he said we should continue praying for his kingdom (government) to come {Matthew 6:10} because that's the only government that can solve all mankind's problems leaving nothing behind!

First of all i'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses, secondly it's not Jehovah's Witnesses that said believers will never die but Jesus Christ. John 11:25-26

So if you want to know the secret behind that promise then you have to study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses that's why Jesus sent his disciples out to preach and teach {Matthew 28:19-20} anyone who is willing to know what God promised! Psalms 37:29

The point is nobody has ever heard from the dead to know there condition it's the Bible that revealed what is happening to the.
So Jesus said to one of his disciples:
