JagabanBorgu:

Go to Anambra and asked how life was under Obi, if things were cheap.
They are exploiting u.
As simple as that.
People in different places like Kaduna state still sell a bag of pure for as low as #150 and it is #150 because of subsidy removal.
They are exploiting u guys.
If we check well now, lgb0s are involved in that sachet water business ripping u guys.
U think góvèrñment will come down to Kogi to make water cheap for u abi?
When I see people like u I laugh because no matter what they do we must survive but people like you won't.
What I said has nothing to do with Anambra, in Nigeria mediocrity is what will kill people, in 2011 or thereabouts Goodluck wanted to removed so that fuel will be sold for #97
This same Tinubu was at the fore front of the campaign that Goodluck what to suffer Nigerians and so on today the same Tinubu has removed subsidy and he is proud telling people that he doesn't care how much the protest that he will never reverse it.
He is known for saying let the poor breath, is this how the poor will breath?

Things are getting out of hand already and the useless jagabandit keeps on praising every mistake Tinubu makes.
This evening I went out to buy pure water only to be told that a bag of water has moved from 250 to 500, if Tinubu continues like this before the end of the year people will start dying out of hunger.
As a graduate, no job for 5 years I settled for street hustling where I make 4 to 5k daily, ever since this man came in as president I hardly see 2k in a day.
Today I went out to hustle and I could only make 700 after spending 400 on transport where I used to spend 160 to and fro before and I came back no water in the house and I went out to get water and was told that it is now 500, I stood there for few minutes lost in thought and I asked the woman to sell 200 which she gave me 8 pieces.
Now my concern is how will I and the people in my category survive this as Tinubu is already killing off small businesses with harsh policy.

And to every one that has a hand in forcing this catastrophic man upon the people, may God double their own suffering that even when they have the money to buy what they need they will not have the mouth to eat it.

philipobiz:

The receipt you bank printed that you displayed is enough proof that the money left your account and was successfully sent to the POS institutions/bank. A glitch cursed the decline, hence did not reflect in the POS operator's account.
Step to resolve it.
1. POS operator gets a copy of the receipt from you
2. Sends it to his bank/institution or logs the transactor on his machine if there is a provision for refund
3. The bank/institution use the receipt to track the transaction and send it to the operator's POS account.(This process takes place within 4 days)
4. The POS operator contact you to get your money or send it to your account.
Most of the POS operator's lack the knowledge to solve such problems due to lack of training. That is why their first line of defence is to tell you it's not in their POS account.
Pls go back there an tell him exactly what to do. Or show him this steps. Or ask to speak with his institution

Exactly my point I use baxi POS and in baxi they don't request for transaction ID the only request for alert SIM of the customer.

All these novice, stop saying what you don't know

I suspect you are the POS guy.
And for your information I use baxi box and there reversal is in two ways, either it comes back to the your account or it enters the POS.
Now the guy must log dispute using the alert phone number and when this is done the dispute will be resolved with 72hrs and when it is reversed both the POS agent and the customer will get message that the dispute has been resolved, if the money is in the customers account the agent will be told so in the SMS and if the money is reversed to the Bax POS the customer will be told to go and meet the agent and collect his money.
That is why I said for them to clear it they should call baxi POS customer care and they will sort it out.
Business / Re: Was I Scammed By The Bank Or POS Operator? by maxist2020(m): 3:52pm On Jul 07, 2023
Did the POS guy log the dispute using your phone? If he didn't just know that the money was reversed to the POS. If he had used it phone number you would have gotten message from Baxi POS that the money has been reversed.
Go to the POS guy your money is with him,and if he doubt it let him call the POS customer service and put it on loud speaker in your presence.

Don't you think I know them before responding to your post? They are part of the nicest people I've had to deal with. Very straightforward and firm. On all levels you should not project an individual character on a whole tribe. If I'm to fear any tribe in kogi state it'll definitely be the ones from kogi east(Igalas) but it's wrong to base my judgement on some experience and things I've heard from that side. Learn to be civil in your dealings.
I didn't say they are not good people and I never said they are not straight forward people but when it comes to having the strong mind to do the unthinkable give it to them.

Good evening gentlemen and beautiful ladies, I want to share my experience this past few days.
There is this girl I have known for sometimes now and we have been casual friends until Sunday when I decided to ask her out, which we discussed extensively on WhatsApp and she was at the verge of saying yes but said we should talk the following day as her battery is low.
The following day I started noticing her posting some sensitive pictures on her WhatsApp status, note that they said lady is not even a WhatsApp freak as she can stay for one week without even coming online.
After asking her out the following day I noticed she updated her status with a mem of a lady pushing a man from a tall buildings with caption like "this is what I will do to men"
The following day she posted another picture with a lady stabbing a man in his stomach with the caption "men will collect"
The third day she posted another picture of a lady slapping a man which finally prompted me to chat her up and ask her the meaning of the pictures she has been posting and all she said is that she is catching cruise.
Well whether cruise or not I haven't talked to her since then and I am not ready to talk to her again because I don't take such thing as joke, secondly she is an Ebira girl and their girls are known for stone heart.

Ogene001:

Onoja Oboni was a criminal bandit who came with rebels and advanced up to Opi before Arochukwu people mobilized from Nike and chased him out and fled till he hide at Ogurugu. Note that Ogurugu is not an igbo community but one of the Igala communities in Enugu state. Others are Igga, Odjor and Asaba (different from Delta State capital) This has nothing to do with mutual exchange of names. Be guided

So we are still on the same page as a bandit that you claimed he was, are you aware that during that advance to OPI as you said he hand planted some of his people in the area conquered.
Secondly you said Ogurogu people are not Igbo that they are igala in Enugu State which is exactly my point, I am not saying that all Nsukka people are Igala's but there are those who's origin are igala and up till now they maintain their names.
I challenged you to go and asked the Igwe Ibagwa why he must go to Idah for Beading even after he has been beaded by the government.
That you here idoko, Aba, ogbaje, Ameh, idakwo, Onoja, Ogalla, Ossai among the come names in Enugu Ezike or Nsukka axis is not borrowed it is their root and if you go and ask them they won't hide it from you they will tell you that it is igala name because that is our root.
I was in OBUKPA last year and an elder ozo title holder was telling us that they went to Idah for the coronation of Attah igala as it is the tradition that all the people that traced their root to igala kingdom must be around during the coronation of ATTAH.

With what you said any day an Ogurogu person is given an appointment, he should be regarded as igala not Igbo since they are Igala's in Igbo land.

Ogene001:

Igalas at the boarder also have Igbo names. Nowhere was part of any Igala kingdom as nowhere in Nsukka zone has any resemblance of Igala centralized mega state. Nsukka operate typical igbo decentralized Republican democracy. The igbo umunna system makes it impsible for incorporation into any mega state, that was why Arochukwu opted for a Confederacy instead of a hegemonic empire. If Enugu ezike has any Igala connection kindly tell us the overall king of Enugu Ezike, nothing like that, it operates typical igbo decentralized autonomous community system, same with the rest of Nsukka people. Igala names in Nsukka is not in doubt but that doesn't the person Igala because it's one in a million among his kinsmen all with Igbo names. You can come to a family of five and have Idoko, Ezeugwu, Chigbo, Ezema, Ogbonna. Does it mean that one person in a family is Igala while the rest are not? Be guided
.

If you are an Nsukka man then go home and ask the elders of your community the link between them and igala.
Try and be reading history so that you can learn, Onoja Oboni was a famous igala Attah that carried out conquest to expand igala kingdom, during this period around 1630 he conquered deep into the Igbo land extending the igala kingdom to a present day Ogurogu in Enugu State where he single handedly built wall around the town, it will interest you to know that Igwe ibagwa, Igwe OBUKPA, Igwe Ogurogu up till now still goes to Attach igala,s palace for Beading.
In Ogurogu up till date there is a traditional festival that is celebrated in honour of Onoja Oboni and this is because he died and was buried in Ogurogu and each year during the celebration a cow is slaughtered on his grave and women are not allowed to partake in it.
Note that Onoja Oboni was a very mystical fellow was said to have power to stop River Niger from flowing, secondly he had six toes on his leg and six finger on his hand, So I challenge you today to go home as an Igbo man and ask the elders of your town, or go to the palace of Igwe Ogurogu his royal Highness Emmanuel Egwuaba or the palace of Igwe ibagwa and ask him what is there link to Attah igala and why is it that after the normal coronation they still go to Attach igala palace in Idah to receive beads.

Ogalla is an Igbo man by Western geographic demarcation. Ogalla is an igala name that is particulate with the Kogi east, however the community (that is Enugu Ezike) was formally under igala kingdom, this is the same with almost all Nsukka communities. We have such communities like UNADU OBAKA, (enedu Obaka who was a junior brother to Ajogwu the founder of Akpanya whom both of them left Idah on hunting expenditure) ENUGU EZIKE, IBAGWA (Ibe egwa heart of beans) OBUKPA (OBU KPA which means Na toto kill ) AND NSUKKA ASADU (ACHADU the wife of ATTAH the wife of ATTAH Igala) all the names I mentioned above are all igala names and they also know about it as most of the family have refused to change their igala names, they still answer names like Aba, idoko, ogbaje, Ameh, Onu, osai, Igala, Arji,Abu etc.
Even in tradition the communities I mentioned have their place in ATTAH igala palace as they are still recognised as part of igala even though they are in another state.
I believe with this the dout about his identity will be cleared.
Ask any Nsukka elder and he will tell you that their origin is from Idah the home of igala kingdom.

Mr poster hope you can now go and hide your face in shame now that her evidence has been admitted as an exhibit.
Hate all these jobless people in nairaland doing half baked analysis.

The Presidential Election Petitions Court has admitted as evidence a report from a subpoenaed witness who identified herself as an employee of Amazon Web Services Incorporated, USA, stating the health status of the cloud services offered to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC

The report specifically provides details on the health status of the Amazon Web server that provided cloud services for INEC’s digital backbone for the presidential election

A snippet of the report contents revealed that there was no glitch that could have affected the e-transmission of results on February 25, 2023, when the presidential election held
The report was tendered through a witness subpoenaed by the Labour Party, by name Claretta Ogar, whose identity was submitted as cloud engineer and architect.
The document, totaling six copies were admitted by the court amid objections by INEC, Tinubu, Shettima and the APC.

The cross examination of the witness is scheduled for Tuesday 20th June.
