What has "growing up" got to do with his "braidings".., you guys should just grow up let go of some of these sickening beliefs. This is how yall made it a mandatory practice for most men to be wearing 'gorimanpa' just to look responsible..

I wonder what legacy you wanted to leave for your child. It negates the beliefs and values even in Igboland but people can't just talk some senses to them cuz they are rich.

It's high time someone advice the Kanu's to grow up. The braiding doesn't look good again, perhaps low cut will be better.

Happy married life to Laura and ogbonna. If her sister is ready to drop all her pomposity and egocentric behaviour, I can consider her but if not, let her continue to carry her cross. Oko won lode grin

Career / Re: Reasons Why Employers Do Not Promote Their Employees by maxtop(m): 7:46am On Jan 27, 2017
The point raised by OP is true and nothing but the truth. However, this can only happen in a well established sector. Most of the company that offers you job nowadays didn't even want you to do surprised them in anyway. And if you tried to exceed the management expectations, they assumed you are doing what the management didn't asked you to do. In other words, they didn't give room for improvement.

There are some employers (especially in private sectors) that will not even promote you no matter how good you are because there is nothing like promotion in there agenda hence, they want you to remain on the salary scale they offered you for as long as you remain with them.

Some organizations though will recognized your contribution and improvement but they won't promote or increase your salary due to the fact that they can't pay above what they offer due to financial constraints and other flimsy excuses.

Those militants doesn't understand your grammar Mr. VP. The government failed in discharging there responsibility during oil boom and people of Niger Delta were neglected. There are oil spill in most if there waters when the government already know there source of income is through fishing.

My advise to the militants is that they should just continue to blow up the pipe lines until those present and past leaders were able to cough out the monies meant for the development of the areas.

My candid opinion though.

Dele Momodu.

It is just sad, that somebody who knows how to get across to the President should now descend this low,by dancing to the the dance rhythm of a section of the polity, which for a lack of better definition,I will call the wailers.

So I went through his write up,and to be fair to him. Some of the issues and points he raised are valid ones, but there are ways he could have sent his ideas and working policies to the Presidency, but what did he do?he went to the Public to post,so as to make a mockery of this Government.

The way human nature is,is that everybody becomes a Medical Doctor when somebody becomes sick, with funny Prescriptions . So Nigeria is going through a temporary economic challenge, and everybody, including Dele Momodu has now turned into Economists.

What did he study again?Yoruba. A man with a first degree in Yoruba Language, all of a sudden wants to be an Economic Adviser.

A man with a Masters Degree in English Language, all of a sudden is knowing more than Buhari's sound Economic teams, who are busy trying to pull us out from the pit hole the PDP dug and threw us in.

Dele Momodu should stick to his Glossy Magazine business, and leave the Serious matter of Governance to those in the know about Governance.

Some people need to have their brain examined every now and then. Dele Momodu has done a lot to through his write up to make people see the need for a change in government and when his expectations are not met he needs to voice out and registered his disappointment.

I think he tried by pointing out what the government ought to have done to salvage the pathetic situation happening in the country which he think the government has turn deaf ear to. Something needs to be done now before people completely loose hope on this government.
