Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Thursday walk out of a Nigerian Police event in Lagos for being kept waiting for over an hour by the organiser of the event. “Next time, before you call me, please be ready,” Obasanjo told police authorities before walking out of a special training and capacity programme for Nigerian Police. Obasanjo, who was the Special Guest of Honour at the Zone II Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG) maiden biannual special training and capacity building programme, held at the Federal Palace Hotel on Victoria Island, walked our of the event after waiting for almost two hours for the programme to start. While addressing the participants at the event, Obasanjo informed the gathering that he had to return to Ogun State for an event he left midway to attend the police training in Lagos. Commenting on training of the Nigerian Police, the former president commended the police authorities for the initiative, nothing that there is no substitute for training. As a blogger i spent most of last month dishing out unfounded story about MMM, but after a closer look i see that MMM is a lesser threat compared to Nigerian banks, NSE, and our entire capital market. As a result i decided to only report facts and not just any falsehood in the name of traffic. I've got conscience, and i got to follow it. MMM is a risk just like like any other venture in life. Nigerian churches are the reason y we are on recession in the first place, if only big church CEOs like David Oyedepo, Adeboye, Oyakhiloe, Kumuyi and even this snake Tunde Bakare pays tax to national treasury, we wunt be here now. They even tax gullible Nigerians through tithes and offerings and many other levies more than the govt tax her citizens. To end recssion in a heartbeat, scrap all these religious frauds mentioned above. |
