Business / Why You Should Register Your Nigerian Business/ Company by Maydayy(m): 2:25pm On Mar 13, 2023 |
Nigeria is a country with a vast population and a growing economy, as thousands of businesses spring up everyday. One crucial step in starting a business is registering the business name or company. In this post, we'll explore why business owners in Nigeria should register their business name or company. 1. Legal Protection/ priority: One of the primary reasons to register a business name or company in Nigeria is legal protection. Business owners who register their business name or company are given legal protection under the law. This means that no one else can use the business name or company name or logo without the owner's permission. In case of any legal disputes, the owner of the registered business name or company is protected by law, and their business assets are safeguarded. 2. Access to Funds: Registered businesses in Nigeria have access to more funding opportunities than unregistered businesses. Banks and other financial institutions are more likely to lend money to a registered business since they are legally recognized and have a greater degree of credibility than unregistered businesses. 3. Business Credibility: Registered businesses in Nigeria have a greater degree of credibility than unregistered businesses. A registered business shows that the business owner is serious about their business and has taken the necessary steps to establish it legally. This can help attract customers and investors who are more likely to do business with a registered company than an unregistered one. 4. Brand Recognition: Registering a business name or company in Nigeria provides an opportunity for brand recognition. Registering a business name or company name makes it easier for customers to remember the business name, which can increase brand recognition and recall. This is especially important in a competitive market like Nigeria, where brand recognition can make or break a business. 5. Tax Benefits: Registered businesses in Nigeria are eligible for tax benefits, which can reduce their tax liability. These tax benefits include tax deductions for expenses related to business operations, employee benefits, and investments. In addition, registered businesses are required to file their tax returns, which can help them avoid legal issues with tax authorities. Conclusion: In conclusion, registering a business name or company in Nigeria provides numerous benefits to the entrepreneur. Business owners who want to establish a credible and legally recognized business in Nigeria should consider registering their business name or company. It is an essential step that can make a significant impact on the success and growth of their business. Send a Pm to register your business/company |

I've been an avid reader in various sections of Nairaland. For awhile now, I've noticed the astronomical increase in the number of sob stories among the male folks. This particular thread caught my attention. https://www.nairaland.com/6775892/suffering-heart-break-how-move/1 These days one can't even go a day without someone crying to Nairaland about how a girl broke their heart. My question is; is it that men these days are weaker? Or girls hardly experience heartbreaks anymore? What is the way forward ? |

Everything here is based on rich parents and networking. Her parents are well to do. She got an extra job in the US through a friend and stuffs like that. The lesson learn here is just hustle hard, so that your kids will have a solid foundation or headstart in life...and investing when you're young. 11 Likes |
