I do not know if the funds are truly government or personal funds. But, you should never underestimate the power of reputation, influence and goodwill. She could raise 10 billion if she wanted to. The only thing she'd do is to write to all these politicians looking for favours from the president and they'd run coming. I am not a fan of this administration but I know raising 1billion would be child's play for the first lady. |

One would have to look at the contract you signed with the said employee before a concrete advice can be given. What was his offense? What’s the company regulation about such offense? What does the labour act say about such acts? Is the company regulation contrary to the act?
You need a proper consultation, because he seems more prepared than your organization. |

This is very correct. I have noticed the same thing too. I for one, do not like local teams but Sporting Lagos and other teams have sparked that love. More fans are showing interest. If there is better security and increase in investment in sports, the Nigerian Premier League will contest with the likes of SA, Morocco and Egypt. Hopefully, just like our music industry, our league will compete with the big boys. |

Business › Why You Should Register Your Nigerian Business/ Company by Maydayy(op): 2:25pm On Mar 13, 2023*. Modified: 8:41am On Mar 16, 2023 |
Nigeria is a country with a vast population and a growing economy, as thousands of businesses spring up everyday. One crucial step in starting a business is registering the business name or company. In this post, we'll explore why business owners in Nigeria should register their business name or company.
1. Legal Protection/ priority:
One of the primary reasons to register a business name or company in Nigeria is legal protection. Business owners who register their business name or company are given legal protection under the law. This means that no one else can use the business name or company name or logo without the owner's permission. In case of any legal disputes, the owner of the registered business name or company is protected by law, and their business assets are safeguarded.
2. Access to Funds:
Registered businesses in Nigeria have access to more funding opportunities than unregistered businesses. Banks and other financial institutions are more likely to lend money to a registered business since they are legally recognized and have a greater degree of credibility than unregistered businesses.
3. Business Credibility:
Registered businesses in Nigeria have a greater degree of credibility than unregistered businesses. A registered business shows that the business owner is serious about their business and has taken the necessary steps to establish it legally. This can help attract customers and investors who are more likely to do business with a registered company than an unregistered one.
4. Brand Recognition:
Registering a business name or company in Nigeria provides an opportunity for brand recognition. Registering a business name or company name makes it easier for customers to remember the business name, which can increase brand recognition and recall. This is especially important in a competitive market like Nigeria, where brand recognition can make or break a business.
5. Tax Benefits:
Registered businesses in Nigeria are eligible for tax benefits, which can reduce their tax liability. These tax benefits include tax deductions for expenses related to business operations, employee benefits, and investments. In addition, registered businesses are required to file their tax returns, which can help them avoid legal issues with tax authorities.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, registering a business name or company in Nigeria provides numerous benefits to the entrepreneur. Business owners who want to establish a credible and legally recognized business in Nigeria should consider registering their business name or company. It is an essential step that can make a significant impact on the success and growth of their business.

Adorable 4yo: I'm 4 years.....my daddy is 11 years old and my mum is 10 years old.
My friend almost bursted with laughter that day. She was like 'babe, wetin you teach this girl?'.....I told my friend 'let her remain laidat untill she learn that somethings aren't suppose to be Jara. How old are you and your hubby? |

Solution.
You need serious flogging to be free, you can come to my spiritual center and I promise to flog the demon until your physical body faints after which I will add salt to your wounds and continue flogging you until he (ogor) returns back your destiny and you regain your complete deliverance.
I will give you agbo and paraga to be drinking for the pain which should go in a couple of months but the good thing is that you've been delivered.
This I have seen. Lol, no be only Ogor, na Ogochukwu |

Many people want money to love.
Many would pick unhappiness + money to genuine love+ average living. Very true Sir, these days 'no money no love'. Funny thing is that most of these ladies aren't better of financially than their male counterparts. |

I've been an avid reader in various sections of Nairaland. For awhile now, I've noticed the astronomical increase in the number of sob stories among the male folks. This particular thread caught my attention. https://www.nairaland.com/6775892/suffering-heart-break-how-move/1 These days one can't even go a day without someone crying to Nairaland about how a girl broke their heart. My question is; is it that men these days are weaker? Or girls hardly experience heartbreaks anymore? What is the way forward ? |
