Honestly, I feel sad that most people don't know how frustrating this issue of police tracking a stolen mobile phone can be.
Giving out that 15 or 20k to them is like saying more beer to their potbellied officers and more shawama to their girlfriends.
If it's that easy, we would be reading several reports of how phone thieves were tracked and arrested on NL everyday considering the number of phones that are being stolen all over the country per day.
