Bosses. Now that we have an improved contest. Lets learn to share trade ideas much more than we have been doing. Weekends are good times to do all that.
What pairs did you trade this week?
What was the outcome?
What did you learn?
Did you follow your strategy?
Did you respect risk management? Etc... These are some of what we expect when we say active members of fta.
Sharing trade ideas will not in any way affect your contest results.



For me, I trade gu, gj, gold, ustec, us30 this week
Just when I exit gj buy then boom the break out and
I missd out of the good move up. Gu up and down did not help either. Gold blessed my account too
But us tec and us 30.They enriched me. Thanks to @mayork2n.
I used to trade indices before I left because of their beast movement.

For next week, my aim will be to buy gold on every obvious 4h support tested until 1960 region. The moment price close on the daily below 1870 boom. My bias will change

Even though the account recovered and still made profits I already violated the DD rules, thanks @infofirst for the contest opportunity and to all the other contestants well-done guys I must say I'm really impressed by the level of skills and discipline displayed

Just because of @mayork2n trading style in this contest period. I was motivated and decided to trade ustec and us30 and see attached what I achieved on that. And this is just a set aside live account.
When life throws lemon at you, my boss, make lemonade out of it.

@last contest. The most valuable trader @jbinary AKA @ilovebigyansh made me to trade 98% 0.01 lot in this contest period and infact made me reduce my risk in my live accounts. That should be the essence of this contest. Learning and unlearning. If there is anything to learn in this contest period, it is that money management is single most important. When you miss money management, you will lose money and this will bring doubt into your strategy and mess your psychology for days. Why wont you then better start trading responsibly.

This contest most valuable trader is @Seunisco. He did a good job harvesting this pips. @Theyoungmaster did good too. @infofirst no relent as well.
Our number one this week @qpetz did fantastic job as well. It is one thing to lead and another to maintain it.
@mayork2n. Thanks for that good run as well. I hope you wilk come and tell us the gist in full. How it started and what caused the last minute hitch and your advice for upcoming traders like me

good morning bosses I was actually on transit yesterday so I couldn't concentrate well as a result I bought us30 at the top when it had moved about 400 points, this was actually against my strategy because the market is bound to retrace after making such heavy move up,my advice is that no matter how much trust you have in your strategy do not force trades.

thanks bro, I don't use P.A and indicators I have some conditions and parameters for determining the direction of the instruments so once they are met I'm almost certain price will go in that direction

I disagree with you on this, if he can maintain that feat without any loss for a week that's not gambling but skillset, the guy is good at what he does. A gambler would definitely blow that account if he's gambling.

If a trader is not good in analysing and having perfect entry in currency and then jump to indices such a trader will definitely get burnt.
I c many trader trying to move to indices when they they are yet to have skillset in currency.

You are definitely trading sniper entries. Though I don't like indices because of the variant in pip calculations. Some index assets have quite a low dollar to pip while some have a higher dollar to pip.

The amount of pips you have made means a lot sha. Seems the volatility is quite high?

Thats the thing with indices different brokers, different specifications.

See the way BTC changed structure by breaking that higher low, people should have suspected something.

I think the current BTC sell off is largely due to the crackdown by the Chinese government
