My love, you have to do this research yourself ok. A few schools I know are American College Dublin, Dublin Uni of Tech (I think), Griffiths College and Uni College of Dublin.. I only know the acronyms of the schools but I think I’m write with the meanings.

No please go to Ireland. You will get two years post study and if your field is STEM, you can get a job hen move to Canada after two years, if you wish. Ireland is opening it borders now Cos it wants to improve its economy like the UK did. So take advantage of it before they shut it down too Thanks for the awareness.
