It's hard to count, but I believe jpy pairs are the top ones. It’s not as slow as nzd or aud, but not as volatile as gbp pairs, just perfect for me. I like to trade gbp\jpy sometimes but I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners, it’s volatile as hell.

You can earn money with your cellphone actually. Fortunately, nowadays people are able to do it without any restrictions. Of course, there are restrictions towards prohibited spheres such as gambling or adult content and something like that. All countries have their own regulators of such spheres and maybe some of them might be prohibited in one country, while allowed in another one. Here everything depends on what you want to do and what you want to learn.

Yeap, market is predictable. However, nobody will give you a magic crystal ball. Predictions have a certain probability of coming true. Approaches are different.
It's easier to show on the chart. Here is one of the most successful patterns in my experience. I'm giving out the secret of success by the way, so please take it seriously.
Here I've market the level (previous high). You see how the price consolidated near this level? When the price does that, this means it's becoming a tight spring. When the level is broken, the power of the spring gets released. This means the price is likely to go up in the nearest future for little longer. This is by I bought here in this trade.
