Got it at 12weeks for 60k........from a friend anyway......on a good day it should be at a range of 80-100k i.e at 12weeks same breed.

Haba, graduates of the federal Republic of Nigeria, it's of no essence to argue unnecessarily over glaring facts. Bsc/HND ooo, they all have designed responsibilities and trained aspects. Take for instance, in engineering, a trained engineer(Bsc/B. Eng) is equipped with the knowledge of design and representation of artful thoughts while a trained technologist (HND) is equipped with an organized knowledge for practical purposes, development and implementation.

In essence, they are team mates and depends on each other to excel. But, some MDAs and private sectors in our country make mistakes in discriminating the roles and Cadre. By standard and practice no discrimination should exist as opportunity should exist for all to rise.

Similar Example, you go to hospitals today, the first superior person that comes into your mind is the medical doctor. You never thought of the pharmacist, lab technologists etc whom the medical doctor can't work without. They work in team with spelt responsibilities.

HND/Bsc dichotomy should be removed for a better productivity. Just Making a common sense.

Thanks for d update UMAR, I had done similar analysis earlier on dis thread, anyway, since they have tagged it as 2000 in 2yrs, meaning 500 in every six months, their is still hope, as it is now, d next batch may be up to 400-500 persons in order to meet d said target within d stipulated period. We pray dat d invitation com in accordance to our needs and time. Que sera sera....

festguy: batch by batch of 2000 successful applicants in 100 batches of 3month training?my guy,it's not possible but i'm yet to fathom of wht dey're up to.

@all, if I may assume to have understood d above, it means 100 persons to be trained in every 3months, arithmeticaly, 400 in a year and 2000/400 equal to 5yrs, meaning batches may hav to be invited from now to d next 5yrs ? If so, they should hav taged d employement process as 2000 prospective drivers to be trained and employed in 5years.however, since its not taged like that, then we should all be hopeful of receiving our invitation soon as DANGOTE's Modus operandi on d said issue is a puzzle to all of us... Goodluck folks,

1. Dangote is either starting his selection from the eastern zone then to the north, north central and finally west.
2. Or the selection is being done state by states so for now they should be in alphabet K.
3. Selection is based on picking his northern ppl first then other tribes join
My own deduction....

@chux, very sory, I doubt every of this point, d nity grity atached to dis job selection proces is just bin complicated. Let's not work on too many asumption to avoid un necesary tension and shok, let's just PRAY..muslim/christian just pray for ur right seat not to b taken by d influentials, may GOD's will b done as we hopefuls await wat rightly belong to US...

Johnnyemy: It is no possible to group them together since they have provision for supply chain and customers care. Some pple will b allocated to this group and I gues this is where PHD, Msc and some 2:1 will come into play. If this shld b the case training for supply chain and customers care will not take more than one month.

Yap! Da picture is getting clearer now... Could those invited please tell us d category of qualification they possess or belong to. This can estinguish da current tension in da house.... D invitation could proble b based on category... I.e supply chain mngt., customer care/service relations, fleet management and driving...

@ALL just got an information from a very reliable source dat messages are sent in batches of 100 on daily bases, still puzzled of d arithmetic of 2000/100 which invariably gives an answer to 20days. From da thread I understand pple started receiving txt mesages on 22nd dats 3days=300 texd. Now da complication is, d training starts 30th, 5days from tday and no body has received txt msg tday or even if sent later all through monday dats 800 persons. Den wat hapens to d remaining 1200 succesful applicants ? Could they fall in anoda batch of scheduled training aside 30th or dey should just forget about da job and b considered un succesful ? Moreso,da job.had so many category of qualification opened then, Phd,Mba,Bsc,HND,NCE and ND applied and had interview, d final question is which category is bin invited for training or general ? Gudluck hopefuls.
