The lady is possessed the spirit of poverty (it is a mindset). She needs deliverance such she can stop viewing life from the prism of money. Money is a spirit. It is completely transient and is not to be possessed to the point where it rules lives. That is the problem the OP has.
God has no business in choosing a spouse for her.
If you were asking her to pray for deliverance from poverty (as I explained above) it would have made sense.

OP which side of Odili road is that cos I have never witnessed any flooding on that road and thats my everyday route.

Secondly, Odili road is swamp ground and has relatively stood firm for years since it was built except for a few patches here and there that just developed.

Amaechi's administration didn't work on that road cos it wasn't in critical condition for the better part of his administration.

That said, there was a trouble spot at the Sasun Hotel intersection with Odili road that Wike sent Julius Berger to patch. Julius just filled the patch with stones and left it like that and it's currently bad again.

What baffles me is that the only roads under construction currently in Port Harcourt are roads started by Amaechi like: Garrison - Elelenwo road, Ada George road and Iwofe road.. All Wike has done is use Julius Berger for road patching works which is just utterly ridiculous as you and I know that Amaechi dumped Julius Berger for other Companies like RCC and Setraco because of their price.

So far, Wikes government seems to be more focused with chasing Amaechi's shadow than actually working in the state. Amaechi has done his part, we are yet to see what 30 billion Naira has done in Rivers State.

Imagine using Julius Berger for road patching? And with borrowed funds o!

That is when they remember that they will be away for the next 9 months on sabbatical.

Ive flown local flights from stansted airport in london to newcastle- with "flybe" to be precise- and i have experienced delays, bumpy rides, and a "not so fantastic landing". Air travel in Nigeria (like elsewhere) is way safer than road travel.
I can understand a fear for air travel as a phobia but a fear and chasing road journeys in naija is not rational.

Flying to London in other to connect Lagos from Abuja is a silly lie.
The person was on a London trip that was not bound by time and decided to go to Lagos on his way back from London.
Nobody (not even Dangote) goes to London for the sole purpose of connecting Lagos from Abuja. We need to engage out brains when telling some stories.
Our local airline industry needs an overhaul but we don't need lies to push the agenda.
I dare the Jacket fellow to name two of the Nigerians who do this connection he mentioned.


On a related note, we don't need a national carrier.
We have enough looting conduits ( SIM registration, national ID card project, amnesty program, petrol subsidy etc). National carrier will just be another of such. Most national carriers are just loss making entities. The thin line in aviation business gives no room for half-baked national carriers.
Just restructure the industry and leave private entities to make money as long as they provide commensurate service.

No need for unnecessary exaggeration.
Our airline industry is crap but it is not as bad as being claimed. In recent times, I have had a lot of local flights that left on time, landed without hitches and good service in-flight. Even during GEJ's insipid tenure.
No need sounding like every local flight is crap and delayed.
