CrimeRe: Voice Cloning: The New Method Used By Fraudsters. by McCoy662(op): 11:54am On Feb 10, 2021
CyberEBOLA:
McCoy662 that man is behind the scam.
He deliberately made his number unreachable the exact period his contacts were being scammed.

That is the new and reigning scam now.
Scam your contacts and make them believe it was some random hackers or scammers.

Same way people kidnap themselves and make family and friends pay them.
Honestly I thought as much but when my friend now told me that exactly the same thing happened to him, I had to rethink. Maybe there's a technology that clones voice or something. Just sharing so people could stay safe
CrimeVoice Cloning: The New Method Used By Fraudsters. by McCoy662(op):
Good morning guys. I've thought my experience with fraudsters few weeks ago is worth sharing. Please share as well, you might save someone.

There's this man I do some work for, he's a well known person with reputable character. His name is Emmanuel (real name) from Imo state but lives in Afikpo in Ebonyi state. I've known him for quiet a long time and all I can say about him is that he's trustworthy, reliable and doesn't like troubles. He's a lecturer.

On 24th December 2020, my phone rang, I brought it out and it was a strange number. I picked.
"My brother, how are you doing?" Was the words from the other end... "I'm fine sir". I replied.
This voice has a striking resemblance with the voice of Emmanuel. Before he could ask if I knew who was on the line, I'd concluded it's Emmanuel and I said yes. But then I asked what happened to his other number and he said he lost his phone. I wondered why he could jettison his phone number just because he lost his phone but then I didn't ask him anything. He said I should delete the other number and save the "new one". I did. Fortunately, I have my contacts backed up in my other phones.
We spoke at length on random things and he promised to call back.

Few days later, he called again and we talked. This voice was still Emmanuel's voice and I had no doubt that I was speaking with him.

On 15th January, he called and told me there was a business I could help him do. He said there was this school that he wants to supply hand gloves to. He said he took the estimate himself but because the school management doesn't know him as someone that sells stuffs like that, he would want me to act as in intermediary person.

He said that we will buy it 20k from one company in Enugu state and resell it 30k to the school.

This is a contract that would last for 6 months and the school needs about 600 cartons.

He sent me two numbers, one is the "company sales person from Enugu (Evangelist Solomon)" the other is " the school staff coming to buy it from me(Hon Dr James David)".
At this point I knew something was wrong but because this man is my Oga and we still have unfinished work I couldn't yell at him to get lost.
James David called to ask if I have the model and quantity of the hand gloves the need, I said yes. They said they are coming to meet me. That I should wait for them in my bank with a sample. When they see the sample, then they will pay me for the whole deal.
I told "Emmanuel" that they needed a sample, so he now asked me if I have 20k so we could get one carton for the sampling; I said no. Then he now asked how much I had on me, I told him 5k and he said he will call someone to send additional 5k as he was on his way to "school".
I called Solomon and told him we would give him 5k, hoping that when Emmanuel sends his 5k I will just forward it to him. But Emmanuel said I should just send my own 5k as he has asked someone to send another 5k.
At this point I knew it was fraud but that voice kept confusing me. I looked for the original number in my other phone and found it. I called it but it was switched off, I called the wife but it was switched off too. So there was no way to confirm if he was actually the one or not.
I became skeptical, I told Emmanuel that I will go to Enugu to pay the company and get the sample but he objected telling me that the company doesn't accept cash payment.. that's it, I lost patience and told him to get lost.

Few day later, I called the original number and it was going through. I asked him if he changed number and he said no. Then I told him someone is using his name, voice, working place, hometown and residential address to defraud people. Two days later he called me that those fraudsters succeeded in duping 2 other people of about 800k.
Yesterday, my friend told me that the same thing happened to him... Pls let's all be at alert, the days are evil.

Foreign AffairsTrump Grants Pardon To 75 People Including Steve Bannon, Lil Wayne by McCoy662(op): 7:35am On Jan 20, 2021
Trump Pardons Bannon, Lil Wayne, Broidy, But Not Himself

Donald Trump granted clemency to dozens of people on Tuesday, including his former strategist Steve Bannon, the rapper Lil Wayne and former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, in one of his final official acts as president, Bloomberg News reports.

A list of pardons and commutations the White House released early Wednesday, Trump’s last day in office, does not include the president himself. Trump had discussed pre-emptively pardoning himself and associates, but some advisers had cautioned the president against what would have been an unprecedented action, according to people familiar with the matter.

Trump granted a pardon to the rapper Dwayne Carter, known as Lil Wayne, who pleaded guilty to a federal gun charge last year, and commuted the sentence of the rapper Bill Kapri, known as Kodak Black, who is serving time for falsifying paperwork to obtain a firearm.

He pardoned a former top fundraiser for the Republican Party, Elliott Broidy, who pleaded guilty in October to illegally lobbying on behalf of a Malaysian businessman seeking to end a federal investigation into the 1MDB scandal.

[quote]THE REAL STORY OF ASHER KINGS AND QUEENS RESTAURANT KADUNA, THE FACILITY DEMOLISHED BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT ON THE ALLEGATIONS OF HOSTING A SEX PARTY.

(The facility was never a hotel or guess house)

The Asher Kings and Queens Restaurant is 34 sitting-capacity- at -a -time restaurant, located at #75 Kachia Road,Sabon Tasha,Kaduna State, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commision, with with the registration number BN2463851.
on 5th December,2016, under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 Food Production and Processing Services.

The Restaurant is a one-storey building structure, with a VIP Lounge section, where premium customers relax to watch football league games in a cozy environment, with all the comfort; airconditioners and light music.

Whilst the ground floor is where the kitchen and serving spot is, also with chairs and tables for customers to sit and eat their food as required.
We hire/rent the VIP section for light events, of not more than 26 customers.

On the 27th December,2020, a customer hired the VIP Lounge for a 15-man reunion/Clothing line promo, to appreciate his customers for their good patronage of his brands.
Before the event proper commenced, a friend of mine and i noticed an unusual movement around the main gate to the restaurant,as it was half opened to avoid a crowded environment. We approached the main gate and on getting there I saw two truck load of heavily armed officers of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

I asked the team leader what was going on but he ignored my question and said he will explain to me when we get to the Police Station, Sabon Tasha Division.
When we arrived the Police station, my customer, who accompanied me to the station, enquired what the matter was and the Police showed us a poster on a GSM phone belonging to one of the officers by name Inspector Felix. It was a poster of an event titled; KADUNA SEX PARTY, which the Police claimed the venue for the supposed "sex party" was scheduled to hold at my restaurant, even though with no address of where it will take place on the poster.
I denied knowledge of that event as there was nothing of that sort taking place at the restaurant and I wouldn't stoop so low to entertain such illicit activity at my place, but the Police refused to belief me and had my friend and two of my staff detained for one night, one day, until the customer that had earlier hired the place for usage on that fateful day was also arrested the next day.

They were released after paying a "bail fee" of #100,000 to Inspector Felix and one other lady Officer, fair in complexion.

I noticed how incompetent the NPF were, i suggested to the them to call the number on the supppsed "Kaduna Sex Party" poster, which they immediately put a call through and a name came out using the True Caller App as MARVELLOUS AKPAN. The Police asked me to pay a fee of #20,000
for them to do their job of tracking the user of the phone number, which I immediately paid them so that they will swing into action.

Marvellous Akpan was arrested the next. He was interrogated and he obliged to owning the phone number on the poster
and printing of the poster which was posted on Social Media, assisted by a friend of his named Noah and one other guy. On further interrogation,
Mr Marvellous Akpan confessed to the Police that he doesn't know me and has never being to my restaurant nor have any knowledge of its address.
Mr Chimeze, who had hired the place was released, summarily, after the successful arrest of Mr Akpan.
The next day, 31st December, while at the other Branch of my restaurant, at Court Road,Sabon Tasha, Kaduna, a friend of mine called me asked me to go to the main Restaurant and see what was going on. I immediately went and saw a combined team of Police men,Soldiers,KASTLEA and Vigilante groups guarded a Pay loader to demolished my restaurant. No prior notice was served to me before the demolition, there was no any form of communication between I and the Kaduna State Property Development Agency (KASUPDA) who came to demolished the building structure.
Even when they arrived the location, the main entrance to the main Restaurant and the restaurant was under lock and key. There was no any form of communication to me !

I watched them pulled down the building without allowing me remove any item before the demolition. As a result of the trauma, I lost my one month old pregnancy.
I also incurred the following loses;
1. cooking utensils https:///SaOqAM7Z6Q 3.Electric appliances
4. Chillers
5. Deep freezers
6. Bemarrings out door catering utensils
7. Cash,et al worth over #32 million, as the place was abruptly vandalised after the demolition.
I plan to seek legal redress for defamation of my character and the loss of my properties in the building.

Aisha Mercy Yakubu

PoliticsCsp Francis Erhabor Resigns From Police Force by McCoy662(op): 8:05am On Jan 03, 2021
“I Rejected N864m”, Policeman ‘Who Never Took Bribe’ Resigns Over Non-Promotion

CSP Francis Osagie Erhabor, the policeman and divisional police officer (DPO) in charge of ‘D’ division Itam in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom state, who is acclaimed to have never taken a bribe since over 30 years in active service, has resigned from the profession.
Erhabor, who made headlines after rejecting a whopping N864 million bribe, was on December 10, 2020, at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, in Abuja, during the 2020 IgbereTV Leadership Excellence Awards named ‘Police officer of the year’ after coming tops in the nationwide online voting.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with IGBERE TV on New Year day, 1st January 2021, the police officer lamented that he feels cheated by the system, having been denied promotion more than thrice despite all his efforts and sacrifices for the police force and the country.
His words: “I joined this noble profession as a cadet inspector on the 2nd of April, 1990. I was 17 years plus at the time. I was told by cerebral and seasoned Police officers like AIG Albasu, AIG Akagbosun, AIG Iyamabo, and DIG Ugowe all retired, that the force needed folks like me. Youths who were patriotic and passionate.
“I loved and believed in this project called Nigeria, and the profession, the Nigeria Police was a great platform to serve my fatherland. I sincerely believed in this job, loved this job and sacrificed so much for this job.
“Looking back, all I see is "nobody cares". Being cheated out of promotion not once, twice or thrice. Served over thirty years meritoriously and stainless by God's grace, and not honoured by the system, instead have only enjoyed promotion only 5 times. I thank God for His grace, that insulated me for the past 30yrs.”
On how he rejected N864m bribe, CSP Erhabor said, “As a pipeline Commander in Edo state, I turned down N6.5m weekly; N24m monthly; N288m yearly, and a whooping sum of N864 for the 3years I served as a commander.”
Asked if he regrets his actions, he said, “I have no regrets for doing this.” “If given the test again, I will repeat same feat, without thinking twice, even though some of my colleagues term me a fool,” CSP Erhabor added.
“I even volunteered as an instructor, to train Police Mobile Personnel at Limakara, Gwoza, Borno State for over 3 years. Discharged my duty as an instructor, in the most harshest and difficult condition, without any commendation reward, or promotion, and today only for just working within the corridors of power; or being able to grease some palms or, as claimed, being attacked because of #EndSARS , Juniors will just be promoted above their superiors just like that.”
He said he feel hurt seeing his junior police officers promoted over him, insisting nothing had been done by the Force despite the formal complaints where he asked for the ratification of his promotion.
“I have witnessed my juniors get promoted over me over and over again, and it hurts deeply. I filed a complaint, asked for ratification of my promotion date, and was even investigated, with the outcome verified in my favour, yet nothing has been done to remedy the situation.”
‘I have wasted 30 years serving my fatherland’
CSP Francis Erhabor said he feels he has wasted 30 years of his precious time serving his ‘fatherland’, in a police profession he once believed to be a “noble” one.
According to Erhabor, rather, the system rewards mediocrity, nepotism, and all other ignoble acts and care less about those who tread on the path of dignity and honour.
“This profession I once called a noble one, doesn't care about those of us who tread the path of honour and dignity. I once had a dream about the the Nigeria Police Force, becoming the people's force; the country's pride. So sad, I no longer believe in the system as a noble one, but one were mediocrity, nepotism, and all other ignoble acts are given higher preference.
“I am sorry I let all my fans down. I am deeply sorry for not finishing where you all expected me to finish. Thanks for your strong and relentless faith in me. I remain forever grateful to you all,” CSP Erhabor added
