attention jambites. i was at the student affairs department this afternoon and gathered that plans have been concluded to evacuate students from the hostel in other to accommodate post ume candidates. officially therefore, each candidate is expected to pay 300 naira per nite in other to be accommodated in the hostel facility. for those who do not have contacts, proceed without further delay on arrival to the student affairs department. safe journey on your way to the den and success

the basics are the post ume acknowledgement slip, 2 passport photos(red background) she may also want to come with her jamb result slip

Yes there is a dept of social work. No news yet concerning Direct entry

Online registration officially closes today, if u are yet to register Omo you are sitting on a very loooong thing.

Meanwhile I heard that the student affairs dept give accommodation 2 people at the cost of #500 naira, dont knw how true it is bt I will check them out later. Try register if you have not

About twenty two students of nursing science in UNN have been sent packing owing to fake admission.
This unfortunately happened when they already have their fourth year in the university.
Heads roll everytime in what is a routine review of students' admission status in the institution, most fake students are fortunate enough to be boothed out in their first years, while others stay on to even their final years before being asked to leave.
Most of these students are victims of admission racketeers who have contacts in some strategic places, who end up creating student profiles for them.
Besides money lost to these criminals and the ones spent on academic pursuits, victims also lose quality years spent in school.

Most people who fall victims are those with "I dont want this year to pass me by" mentality.
DO NOT PAY ANYBODY TO GRANT YOU ADMISSION!

If it were about some people, I would have given up on this thread, my joy however is that most peole, very much greater in number appreciate what I am doing, and it is for them that I will keep the flame burning

There are some stupid posts that I would have loved to ignore but,

I did not for once create the impression that the cards will not be available, but the fact remains that they wont be everywhere, some people just go about making fools out of themselves in a bid to get to people who in no way offended them.
If anything, I have done my best in allaying fears of people who have had misconceptions or have been made to believe that they cannot do it on their own. I have personally posted direct contacts of people who have had to buy their cards elsewhere even without their consent so others could through them get to know where such cards are available. I have from the onset told people that accommodation wouldn't be more of a problem. I have told people that the past questions are just references, so they could know the nature of the exercise.

What I dont get is why people will post comments that suggest personal attack on my motives.
I dont know Johnsinia from Adam, I did for him just what I have done for others, he appreciates it and shows it in his own way, just like he would have rung the alarm bell if he had felt short-changed.

Xynerise, ur cousin wont kill you, if the page is blank, it simply means u entered a wrong reg no or so I suppose, it has happened b4. So make sure the jamb reg no is up 2 8digits and 2alphas

do not be decieved, UNN's cut off mark remains 200. What's the use anyway? Those that scored over 200 are note guaranteed admission, Leaves me wondering what the fate of those who scored less would be if invited 4 d putme

my understanding of MUST NOT scan passport is that it is not compulsory. That is by the way.
I got to understand while filling the form 4 someone is that the person who told me was confused reading the instructions.
It still remains that first choice candidates need not scan their PP as all neccessary data are already pre-loaded by JAMB AND THE SCHOOL.
