Krasid biasedness is now very clear. What better indicator of Goal Scoring potential can their be aside from Goal to Game ratio. Showing consistency in scoring at the later part of your career is now been celebrated to someone who has performed excellently since the early years of his career. Indeed you have been blinded by party divide.
Don't mind krasid. He wants to use the latter stages of Ronaldo's career to even compare to greats like Pele.

Explain the Chelsea part please ......
It's no news that Chelsea tend to sit back and rely on counters against big teams, and sometimes they get away with it with a narrow win or draw. That's what I meant.

We are talking about 'goalscoring'.What does Messi winning 4 consecutive golden balls have to do with 'consecutive goalscoring'.No, I am not saying Messi has not been consistent.I am saying he has not been consistent in terms of goalscoring compared to CR7.I based my argument based on Ronaldo's consistency over the last 5 seasons in terms of goalscoring, which makes your stat about Messi having 32 career goals behind CR7 baseless and irrelevant. Note :All records I listed were goals related.
If you were to rate Cristiano Ronaldo based on goalscoring alone, he's a fantastic finisher but not even the best at that if you look at the conversion rate! Finishing requires a lot of composure, sometimes a lot of power. Kudos to him for displaying those qualities regularly.

But it doesn't change the fact that he fills up his tally against low ranking teams and when the big matches come, he goes AWOL. He scored five against Espanyol, nice. I hope he does the same against the likes of Atletico, Bilbao and the big teams in the UCL. Sometimes Ronaldo reminds me of Chelsea. They bully the small teams and then get schooled by their fellow big teams.

But does Messi have 50 goals in five consecutive seasons? Does Messi have 30+ league goals for 5 consecutive seasons? Does Messi have 10+ UCL goals for 4 consecutive seasons? Does Messi have 50+ goals in a year for 5 consecutive seasons? Keyword :Consecutive.Ronaldo's consistency in terms of goalscoring makes him the greatest ever in that department. Not even the the great Pele with his 750+ official goals could match Ronaldo's consistency in terms of goalscoring at a certain period of time.Whether the team plays well or not, Ronaldo will score goals.
Of course he'll score, even if it's through dubious penalties.

You're talking about consecutive. Does Ronaldo have four consecutive ballons d'Or? No. Does that mean he hasn't been consistent? No. So you're saying Messi is not consistent because he doesn't have 'consecutive' records. Interesting.

Also see the stats between them in their entire career. Messi is just 32 goals behind Ronaldo despite playing 155 games less than Ronaldo, that speaks volumes.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by mcdreeezy: 10:43am On Sep 22, 2015
It's quite embarrassing when people say that Cristiano Ronaldo is a better goalscorer than Messi based on what the media feeds them.

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored just 32 more goals than Messi in his entire career, even though he has played 155 more games.

So, basically for Messi to reach the same level as Cristiano, he has to score 32 goals in the next 155 games.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by mcdreeezy: 10:30am On Sep 22, 2015
Cristiano Ronaldo Greatest Goalscorer In History:

Doesn't have 91 goals in a year
Doesn't have 73 goals in a season
Doesn't have 50 goals in a la liga season.

Stats since Cristiano joined Real Madrid(La Liga+ UCL):

Goals-

CR7: 287 (1803 shots taken)
Messi: 294 (1349 shots taken)

Goals from weak foot-

CR7: 47
Messi: 51

Goals from outside box-

CR7-43
Messi-45

Note: Here, I'm not even taking into account assists, chances created, and dribbles because Cristiano doesn't even come close to Messi and would be a pointless comparison.

I didn't come to compare, I just wanna watch him play and then he was spoiling show for the team like he did the last time, bros. Munir can be forgiven for very obvious reasons....a highly rated Neymar who some of your people claim is the 3rd best player and heir to Leo Messi shouldn't be wasteful and losing possessions anyhow in most matches.
Ok then.

You are blessed, this is exactly what I'm tryna say, d barca fans on this thread don't just wanna see you say anything negative about Ney.
Mcdreezy, let's assume he didn't score and won a pk, during the first half when I called him a fool, were u pleased with the way he played?
I'm not saying Neymar's first half performance was good. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that he was being singled out and knowing your history with the hazard/neymar debate, I felt you were looking for a reason to bring down neymar. He wasn't good in the first half, fine. But that can also be attributed to the entire team. Since this season, all our goals in the liga have come in the 2nd half. You could have at least waited for the match to end before bringing him down. Munir had a chance but couldn't convert or even pass to his nearest teammate to score, you didn't mention him but went for neymar's head.

He was and against Roma too. I priotize Barca success and as such I think we need a new Penalty taker. We have to be worried for Games when such details could make the difference. But I don't really know who to trust with PK's either. The profile has to be someone with confidence and can hit with power.
Ok.

As for the penalties, I don't see Messi being stripped. People should not forget that a penalty has to do with some bit of luck. Messi is a prolific goal scorer whether pk or not, I don't think we should be making a fuss about his missed penalty. He got 2 and converted one, that's not bad IMO.

Its okay buh saying he isn't world class is just bewildering.

I'm sure u wud say Neymar, Bale, Muller, Pogba, Rakitic, Gotze, Suarez are all world class but Hazard isn't ...cheesycheesy
Out of these guys you've mentioned, I'd pick Neymar, Muller and Suarez as world class players because they've showed up for both club and country. Others are still upcoming. I don't know what you'd say but Hazard has not showed up for his country. Wait till he does that before calling him a world class player.

don't blame chelsea fans though. all their players are mediocre, & hazard is like the only good player in the entire squad - so they worship him like hypnotized automatons...

in this case, hazard is the one-eyed man of the chelsea team..

I don't want to engage on a back and forth. I hardly do that, but just take it from me that there are several players I would pick before Hazard comes to my mind. I'm not taking anything away from Hazard tho.

no doubt, he has the talent & he is a very technical player, but he lacks the essential recipe necessary to qualify him as a world-class soccer player..

for one, he needs to learn how to pass the ball on time, & not hold on to it unnecessarily as that makes the attack torpid.
his work-rate off the ball is nothing to write home about
& his goal-scoring abilities needs to be worked on immensely..
Of course...he's not a world class player. Only chelsea fans will disagree.

You don't take viewing centre fans serious. I go to a viewing centre to see a game, I don't engage in useless arguments with them. I just see the game and leave. The same Neymar they've been cursing now has a goal, he got also got a pk. Pesin wey dey play rubbish dey get pk?

So because Hazard scored a deflected goal yesterday, you've come here to see what Neymar will play? And peradventure he has a bad game, you'll use the fact that Hazard scored a goal to buttress your point?

Dude, just don't start. It's not his fault that your club can't create enough chances so wait make match finish before you start spewing gibberish.
