A Star is Born is a well written emotional romance musical drama. I loved every breadth of that movie, but our choices differs, so I'm not surprised you don't like movie. The drama genre is a genre most Nigerians I've related with find boring.

He thinks a one-goal lead is enough when the team should be looking to score more to secure the win. And he will never rest Rakitic. Vidal is the like-for-like replacement for Rakitic but he'll never make such sub. To him Rakitic must play 90mins every game.

Coach benches Dembele and still refuses to play Malcom.

8 times out of 10, it is better to win the group.

This might be true but recently it has not been the case. There have been times when we topped the group and still had a tougher road than clubs who did not. These days you can top your group and still have to face clubs like Juventus, Bayern, Paris e.t.c.

Suarez will rather pass for Messi than waste a shot. As Messi left, I believe he felt goals were now his responsibility and no more Messi's... So he shot more.

So every game, he will keep passing to Messi when he can take a shot at goal? If he continues like this he's only going to hurt our chances of silverware this season. Especially during the KO stages of the UCL. Those games where opponents would come with a clear plan to neutralize Messi. This is my issue with him. Dembele played nonsense today. Just kept losing the ball. Sevilla scored their second goal right after Dembele lost the ball. And I don't understand why the coach took Arthur off for Roberto. It should have been for Vidal


When Messi went off, Suarez started taking shots. If maybe, Messi was on the pitch Suarez would prefer to play a thousand one-twos without taking shots at goal.

Arthur, the xavi replacement we've been looking for, should be a starter.

I've been saying the same thing ever since I watched him against Girona. Arthur Melo should be a starter. Rakitic can sit for him.

When Suarez is in the box, instead of him to shoot at goal he prefers to do a thousand one-twos. I also think it's time these guys add crossing the ball to their game. It's not every time we would be able to pass our way into the net. It'll come in handy especially in those away knockout games.

Barcelona is an attacking side. We leave lots of spaces behind. It's normal for teams to get counter-attacking opportunities against us. PSV had few moments but they were always on the fringes of the match. Any attacking side would definitely leave spaces behind. Liverpool vs psg ended 3-2

The coach doesn't know how to rotate players. Players that play a lot like Rakitic should be rested sometimes for others. Like Rakitic has started two games in a row, so he should be rested in the next game against Girona and someone like Arthur should be brought in. But he wouldn't do that. Later he'll say the players need to adapt first. How can they adapt when you don't give them playing time?

I've been following this thread since November last year and it's been great. You're doing a good job OP.

It's good that we're getting our targets but Valverde needs to dump this 442 and adopt 433. That's the main thing.
