I have read several silly comments from trolls on the page, and just laugh, especially when they try to compare Penaldo Tapnaldo with god-Messi. Tapnaldo and god-Messi are two great players but the latter has a wide edge over the former. The former is the effective goal machine; he is the one the team is built around to get the goals, hence the shitloads of tap-ins and penalties. The latter is the undisputed god-head in world football and checks every box possible. He is the one that determines how the team plays; he is the playmaker, creator of chances, assist provider and goal scorer. With him, the team plays like it has a two-man advantage, and is shit without him. Without Tapnaldo, Madrid could have still won yesterday. He is very effective at the simple task he is tasked, which is to score the goals. Its easy being a Penaldo but never easy being a god-Messi. |
I have a similar situation at my place. In my case, my landlord is the most useless and shameless person ever known to me. He does not want to contribute to anything, not even to things that benefit his immediate family; the light bill is on us and some other minor things, since he lives in the same compound with us. Now, the water machine got spoilt some months back. He called me and another tenant to tell us the machine is bad and needs to be replaced. Knowing the kind of person he is, I suggested he calls every tenant to let each one know what commitment to make(I know he would never fix it). He said he is too big to do that, and he expects us to rally round and fix it even if he is not around. Coincidentally at about the time it got bad, NEPA came to disconnect our light. As such, we were out of power for some weeks, before we reconnected. To cut the story short, his family faced certain humiliations from neighbours during the course of seeking water outside, that then prompted, along with two new neighbours who approached him about the water issue. Eventually, both tenants contributed a vast sum, left for him to add up something meagre to get it replaced. Upon replacing it, he disconected everyone except those new tenants. The irony of it all is, he pumps water with NEPA power that we pay for, and denies access from getting said water. I believe tenants are responsible for repairs and not replacing major things such as pumping machine, especially when the landlord lives in the same compound. If he needs support, he can call for it, but not seat and expect tenants to fix a major investment in his own property. If a strong should blow off the roof or knock down the fence, would he call on tenants to replace it? |
codedflowz:You are a life saver, bro.. Thanks it worked. |
sahm4u2nv:Thanks, i just did a factory reset. The OS upgrade remained afterwards. However, i am having this problem with the OS; apps i launched cant be killed by swiping off. Anyone having the same issue with the upgrade?
|
sahm4u2nv:I just upgraded to this and my phone keeps freezing and restarting. What can I do please? |
chuksLetting:Yes sir, we are. Kindly reach out on Whatsapp; 07033801718. |
ClumsyFlimsy:Junk! That would mean he started professional football at the age of 12 or 13(which is not true). Or they counted his 5-aside and many unprofessional training goals alongside. He started professional football at about the age of 16 or thereabouts. He can not have played that number of professional games and accrue that number of goals at that age. |
007author:Its either you are suffering from cataract or you are just dumb. How is J. Alba 'starring' at L. Suarez in this picture? Both players got stamped on, even the Chelshit players didnt protest it. This thread has been hijacked by over zealous mor0ns. |
Informative... |
Linkfield:Your honesty is very noble. Respect! |
Not the best performance yesterday, but was expected, which was why I looked away each time fans here brag about going to the bridge and defeating Chelshit. It was never an easy tie, going by the history we have with them. However, we could have done better yesterday had it not been that the line up consisted strictly of the same guys that played over the weekend. This shows clearly, the players were fatigued and the only thing to do to get a decent result was to run less, have full control of the game, and not lose the midfield... At every time we had the ball in the middle, you could see at least 6 of our players close to the person with the ball, opening up as passing outlets. From the opening 10mins, i knew EV didn't set out to win the game. We played full tiki-taka, with so many triangular passes but lacking in the high line pressing, which was needed to score. Yes, Chelshit were superb in limiting our chances, but they obviously didnt deserve to win. They didnt do so much to deserve to. They hit the post twice, yes... we hit the post thrice in 2012 on the same ground, amidst several shots on target... They had a few shots on target, yes. We had 1 or 2 and bagged a goal. Thats luck! Well, the second leg would be a whole lot different, as i dont see us losing or drawing. I just hope our key players are given enough rest. Infact, I see no reason why A. Iniesta is still starting league games when P. Coutinho is there. More so, O. Dembele should play the next two games to afford him the needed match sharpness. Its obvious Paulinho S. is the most fatigued, as he was still playing in CHINA when most European teams were on holiday. D. Suarez or Vidal should get a nod ahead of him in some league matches. And to the mor0ns and diickheads talking shiit about god-Messi; well, even if he didnt break the Chelsea jinx yesterday, we wouldnt have been bothered. He was a thorn on their flesh. He was a danger to behold each time he had the ball; you can see the obvious panic on the faces of the players and entire stadium. Thats why he is the GOAT.!!! |
tesppidd:Understanding this is not rocket science, but because they hate the divine god, they would rather draw up all manner of dubious yardsticks as to why Argentina has a better squad to Penaldo's Portugal, and god-Messi remains an underachiever despite such avalanche of stars in the national team. When you allow a lowlife like Neymar1095 to drag you into petty diatribes, you do more harm to your mental health than you can handle. I have not seen a consistent slowpoke like him in my entire life. Sometimes, I wonder how he is in real life. How he lives off his day and night and what truly goes on in his mind... Was he raised an orphan? What sort of diet does he observe? What was his childhood like? etc. In fact, dude looks suicidal as he has no real life outside of here. The people he engages in fights here with; his shrewd mind configures them as real life friends and the jabs he throws are simple reflections of his warped imaginations(the mind interpretation of a psychotic loose canon)- something chemically construed to reflect a biological mistake of sorts. To him, Nairaland is his playground, and those that engage him are his best friends... People like him are murderous and similar to those school-shooting nutjobs in the USA. Little wonder he cant go through 3-5 replies without a meme. Check his posts, and yall would see this. He is a nuisance to himself and in general, a social denigrate. I advice yall to kindly ignore him. Neutrals would think yall are birds of a feather. NB: I am sure he wont quote me but post a reply, a funny clap back. But sure, I wont honour him with a response. |
SerVik:I. Rakitic is a deep CMF not a RMF. He tried his best and he was into the game the moment J. Paulinho was taken off. |
SerVik:It takes a chronic idiot to say god-Messi gets missing in a game. I mean; how can one go missing when the entire opposition team is set up to the defend against him alone? The Oracle from Rosario gets marked by 4-5 in every game and he thumbs up 98% of the time. No player has ever gotten such dedicated marking for the last two decades except him. Put a disciplined full back on Penaldo Tapnaldo and he cuts a frustrated figure. After 2-3 attempts, he runs to the other flank like a sissy coward. god-Messi remains the only player with the fear factor! |
PSG are so out... Madrid would beat them in Paris, as I don't see them doing better than they did tonight. This tie was always going to be won in the midfield, which of course has Madrid in upper strength. Clowns like A. Rabiot got nothing on Madrid's dynamism in the middle of the pack. Only two teams can take out this Madrid, and they are Barca and Bayern. PSG are simply no match! |
EV is a tactically sound coach! He did what i expected yesterday which obviously was not a fan choice, but needed nonetheless- the inclusion of A. Gomes. A. Gomes had just one role in that game- as the conflicted man. His job was simple, put in work on the right flank, although he would have been better on the left as he plays better with his right side to the opposition. He was supposed to be the alternative for passes going forward or backwards. He had no creative responsibility in the game. He was on the pitch for the duration required to keep the tie in the team's favour. On the flip i feel so confident about this team. We have two solid goal keepers, a young defence and a cordinated midfield. Our attack? The best in the world. |
Miremoses1:LOL! The problem is not the player, but the manager. Under a great manager, Isco A. would be a god in midfield. Wish we could have him at Barca! |
Such an awful pitch. |
ClumsyFlimsy:He's a pretty good defender if you ask me. He's like a faster version of G. Pique; skillful on the ball and with the ability to work the ball from defence. He'd play with time. |
onuwaje:That guy is a compound fool. Just ignore him! |
Too many creative players on the field of play and maybe fatigue from the Thursday game can be said to have caused the team's performance yesterday. There was little or no bite in attack. Plus P. Coutinho was clinging to the ball quite needlessly, something reminiscent of Neymar JNR. More so, playing J. Paulinho as a CMF is suicidal. Against the big guns, the team would suffer. He plays better offensively as he lacks the creative comportment to organise things in the middle. He was exposed time and again and were it a very confident team, D. Alaves should have gotten up to 3 goals from the several counters they launched. Overal, i think EV has done a good job so far and has proven to be a tactically sound coach who reads games and time his subs properly. He discovered there was great difficulty with penetrating from the middle and then instructed the players to play through the left flank most especially. That unarguably was why he kept Emperor Iniesta, removed L. Digne, brought on J. Alba to torment that flank. Then S. Roberto (a better offensive player) for N.Semedo the tactically efficient man. I hope we just stay unbeaten till the end. |
Newbiee:What has all these brought to you as a citizen? |
DrinkLimca:Not his fault. He copied it from Twitter... |
tesppidd:Trust me, they did. They brought on a competitive edge in the squad making everyone buckle up and prove themselves. Such mental edge is what wins the team trophies at the end od the season. |
Dyoungstar:Stuff of teenage kids. Lol |

I. Rakitic had a fabulous game yesterday. I give him an 8/10. Like i have always said; playing him deeper and giving S. Busquets the enforcer role is the way to go, thus giving us two quiet and able Central midfield players bringing grit in the middle and added presence at the back. I. Rakitic is crucial to the stability in this Barca team in a two-man CMF in either 4-4-1 or 4-5-1. Now, that telepathic pass from god-Messi is one of million reasons why its erroneous to compare Bragnaldo with him. No one in the game, bar a few geniuses like Like Emperor 'Dinho and Zizou, has such vision and ability to pull that through. That pass was totally out of this world.

Rakiticbarca:I have watched A. Griezman a number of times, and can say there is nothing he does that M. ElHaddadi cant do. Its absurd to spend such amount on him, and that is if at all he is even needed. He thrives in Athletic not because he is a great striker but simply because he plays in a system where emphasis is placed on defensive stability even when the team plays on the offensive in a game. In my opinion, P. Alcacer is a better CF. Check out his goal ratio. |
To me, A. Griezman is not needed. I will rather bring back M. ElHadadi. A. Griezman is a choker and not even a CF of note. He has no style nor is he charismatic. |
