coded01:Copa, fine. Not in the UCL with these current crop of classless Mad-rid players, safe for Marcelo. A UCL classico finals would be no different from a regular rugby game with Tapnaldo and his lot of losers. |
Ssdigest21:The link seem expired sir |
sirchris4u:The bolded especially.. |
What more can I ask for on my birthday, eh? Barca - Juve final! ![]() |
kradleber:You certainly didn't see through my points. |
Johnpaul88:By your position here, you make we fans and pundits who criticise the coach aPpear as "haters" and "unreasonable". We're all passionate About the club and can express that passion in whatever sane way possible. Everybody can't sing praises of the coach every so often, hence, he begins to see himself as a god. This is sports, not science. |
Johnpaul88:My points don't tend towards deriding a perfect coach, but that, Lucho is an average coach who's fortunate with the array of quality players in his squad. Give Lucho a Celta Vigo team and Pep, a Granada team, and let's see the slug. Pep would whip his a55 big time... |
Johnpaul88:You bromance with Lucho is well documented so I won't argue with you. |
One of, if not the worst game I've seen of barca this season. And let it be known, Lucho would win trophies, but its simply because he has the best players in the world at his disposal. Those players are out to make name for themselves. He should go And learn how to read games from the best; Pep. Footnote: 1. I said it last week and I'd say it again; Pep is the best coach in the world. Overcoming a 0-3 first leg deficit is a tad difficult but he was tactically superior over 2 legs. 2. Lucho had no answer to Bayern's high line Approach. At the second half, I knew we'd lose the match. 3. L. Suarez substitution at the time it was made was the dumbest decision any coach could make. Why remove a player who gave you 2 first half assists just right into the second half. And the player is your biggest threat on the night! 4. A. Iniesta wasn't in the game. He gave away the ball more times than the ball boys. He had I. Rakitic covering more ground for him. Busquets too lost grip and was outdone by X. Alonso. 5. Bayern played with 5 ball playing men in the middle to Barca's 3 during the second half, why then pit god-Messi as the top 9? Its clear as day he'd not get service from the middle. They have more men to nullify the supposed final balls from the midfield. 6. T. Stegen is not to blame for any of the goals. M. Benatia was unmarked for the first goal. The midfield was nonexistent for the other goals. |
dearpreye:It would last forever bro. Thanks to technology ![]() |
dmcdad:I. Rakitic, the perfect upgrade from lazy Cesc. So worthy is he of the famed No.4 jersey that we're on course for every trophy available. ![]() And to imagine he was bought for £15m |
sebod:Even Usbcable calls him Penaldo these days... ![]() |
logica:Your statement which I quoted didn't include both players. |
logica:We've had longer barren spells in the past tho... |
Cruel happenstance at the Bernabeu now... 3 efforts humping off the woodwork and Penaldo misses his favourite show. Plus an important player out injured. ![]() |
chic2pimp:Hmmm... We won by sheer moments of individual brilliance, you know? The team had a straight forward tactics and could have lost the game to a superior one. That's my point sir! |
A40:Bros cool down, just like in 2013, the 7Up was against a barca team in decline which is same situation with your team now. I tell you, A. Robben, D. Alaba and F. Ribery couldn't have prevented barca winning tonight; the scoreline may only be decent. Face it, your team peaked in 2013 and has been on decline since. You may be masters of the league, given the inferior oppositions but where other top teams in Europe stand, you're not in the top two. Pep is the best in the world! Give him some credit; most coaches would not thrive as much when in his position. Eg Moanrhino... |
Looking at the game, on the tactical front, Pep won. Hes the boss when it comes to tweaks and tactics. He started the game with a 3-5-2 that drifts to a 3-4-3 as the game progressed, especially when they have the ball. That raised a high line of defence and hard pressing from the midfield players. Would have been a difficult one for us had their key players played. They controlled the game better and would have gotten a decent result from the game. Perhaps, a draw or slight loss. Lucho deserves some praise tho... He was firm with his philosophy? His is: What use is possession in the middle of the pack when you have a terrific front three. It was a case of struggle more to win back the ball when lost(ball interceptions), feed I. Rakitic whose job is then to look out for god-Messi and co. It is simple, straightforward and lethargic. On the players: 1. Ter Stegen is the best. He laid no foot wrong on the night. So assuring on the ball. 2. The full backs did great in defending and working down the flanks. 3. G. Pique and J. Mascherano were assuring as always. Thank goodness, the vintage G. Pique is back. 4. l. Rakitic? Total upgrade from Cesc. A worthy wearer of the No 4 jersey. 5. Don Iniesta had a quiet and effective game tho. Funny how it panned out. 6. S. Busquets is the best pivot midfielder in the world. Superb performance! 7. Neymar Jnr was OK. Was marked well but had his moments. Great golazo from him. 8. L. Suarez? The best of him is yet to come. 40 goals is sure next season. 9. god-Messi? Thunder fire me if I say anything about his performance! ![]() |
What more to say of god-Messi?
|
honeric01:Over two legs, Juve doesn't have the quality to dump Madrid. #Fact |
dmcdad:I'd prefer M. Montoya at LB tho. |
Reporters' view • Andy James, Bayern Bayern rattled seven past the team considered the greatest in the world en route to their fifth European crown in 2013. But Barça have done plenty of research and development in the meantime and once again look the real deal in this term's UEFA Champions League. Bayern may be hoping Guardiola knows how best to hurt his former love but only the result will tell Graham Hunter, Barcelona Where to begin? Just two short years ago the Bavarians inflicted the ultimate pain on the Blaugrana, winning 7-0 on aggregate in their UEFA Champions League semi-final and causing shock waves around the football world. Now former Camp Nou guru Guardiola is at the Bayern helm and his return to that stadium will cause both anxiety and pride in the fans who adored him. |
Ain't nothing new to say about god-Messi? The gods smile on us and bless us with their presence every once in a while.. Enjoy this moment's mates! |
bush4ker:Hello good evening, for now, we maintain the use of trusted transit companies. You pickup from their office's. Thanks |
salam12:Hello good evening.. Yes we do. 10Kg to Ph is N3500 for normal items. Thanks |
My dream girl... |
koice:Your definition of "crap" must surely have a whole new meaning. |
logica:Even Google or YouTube can not tell him who g Hugo Sanchez is. ..He is currently the third highest scorer in the history of Spain's top division. |

|
funkyjms:Your last sentence is actually an insult to god-Messi. To say he's naturally blessed in a loosed sense is erroneous and riducules his achievements. Are you saying he doesn't train hard or practice his moves before coming to the pitch? Do you know how many hours of hardwork committed to making him what he is today? We are witnesses to the strict regimen Pep put him through; got him a personal trainer, psychologist and dietrist. He practiced his reflexes, shot accuracies, curls, sprints, lifts and set pieces.. He's very hardworking and selfless at it! |
Jealous man ![]()
|
bykebyke:You look back on that when you need a definition for the word, douchebag. ![]() |

Exactly as it happened in 2007/2008 season followed by 2008/2009 (season of the treble). And guess one player that was REGULAR in both sides?
..He is currently the third highest scorer in the history of Spain's top division.
