One major difference from this time last year was that, despite going down twice, the team were able to raise their heads and turn things around, unlike last year's game against Valencia where the team just gave up and took the beating.

One good thing I can see and laud Lucho is returning Messi to the right to accommodate Suarez as a CF(which hasn't worked out well); that has freed up concentration of players on him. Unlike before where he gets fixated with four to five men at once, he faces one at a time driving forward, which is easier for him. Tata tried it last season in a few difficult games, but failed to motivate Messi to shine in that position.

The biggest task for Lucho now is getting Suarez to fire up. He's been less potent as an outright center forward. His best moments have come from his interchanging positions with Neymar or Messi from either flank. Now should the team revert to the previous formation with Suarez doing a David Villa? Or should the team adopt a pseudo 4-2-1-2 with Suarez and Neymar as wing forwards, poaching to the center?
