Recently I decided to use palmpay account and share the account details for some money inflow, despite being on tier 3, my account was restricted when the inflow was a little above 2m. I don send my ID, take selfie with ID, write letter, share my many screenshots, many calls, emails, in-app chat with tens of costomer service agents (who keep asking me the same thing before they finally disappear). But nothing was resolved. I had to leave the fund there, and later found out that the restrictions has been removed after about 2 weeks. Now, the app has started asking me facial verification and every time I try, it says I am not in a good light area, even under Nigerian sun...
