Old age (or huge mileage) on a car that is still running and driving, may signal that all that can easily break down have been properly replaced, and you may be acquiring a car that is near refurbished grade, compare to the lower milage that is at the brink of many parts failure.
That car may go for another 200k km, for another 5 years without any major breakdown, while a car of lower mileage (<300km) may fatally breakdown within same period.

I think that's only for the later huawei phones from 2019 - date. Older ones can access playstore, and I believe p20 is pretty old.
