Did you know that, prior to even ascending as the governor and moving IMSU to that spot, Rochas had already gotten that piece of land and EVEN gotten the license from the NUC to build a PRIVATE university there? He dubiously moved IMSU to that spot, EXPANDED on the land using government powers (under the guise of building a state university), and after the public complained (he knew they would) he "conceded," moved IMSU back to Owerri and then came out to tell people the Ideato site would now be used as the site for the "Imo European University". What the ignorant public is unaware of, is the fact that the Imo European University is a PRIVATE university owned by Rochas Okorocha!
He moved IMSU to that spot so as to help him ACQUIRE the massive peripheral pieces of land UNOPPOSED.
The man is looting the state dry.
