jstbeinhonest: Learn to first put on your thinking cap the next time you're going to post and wail on Nairaland. This is from that same link of yours Finance Minister, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has listed Nigeria’s 10 highest revenue receiving states based on the federal allocations in 2013. The article clearly says the reciepts are from 2013, while the budgit research tabulates the figures with reference to the 2014 revenue sharing exercise. And anyone who was abreast with the happenings in 2014 would tell you there was a drop in federal allocation across the country as a result of the drop in oil prices. Furthermore, you still haven't told us why you're so aggressive and agitated. The OP is neither the person who made the research, no the one compiling the figures. A link to the PDF from Budgit was posted there, so if you have any grievances, why not contact Budgit and wail to them there so we may all live happily ever after? 7 Likes |

jstbeinhonest: Imo has less people to pay, therefore it has less debt. It has about 5 billion naira to pay, and about 4.8 billion naira earnings, therefore the debt is at +200 million or thereabout. AKS has 17 billion to pay, and 16 billion earnings. The debt is at 605 milla. But AKS is still generally more sustainable than Imo. Did you miss that part? 9 Likes |

Adminisher: Says the bastard from Yoruba land, the producers of the worst looters and criminals who are only good at pointing at others while their assses stink up the building. If you would be so kind as to remind us again the "moral, ethical and spiritual grounding" Obasanjo had when he squandered 16 billion dollars to manufacture nothing but darkness for Nigeria, I would immensely appreciate it. Never have I seen a more repulsive set of humanoid wastebags who glamourize hypocrisy, greed and fiscal wastefulness as much as Yorubas. Isn't it funny that you talk about Stella Oduah buying SUVs, but praise your nauseating crook Fashola when he so shamelessly justified his 139 million naira borehole as "being a lawyer and not signing cheques"? Is that your own definition of moral, ethical and spiritual grounding? Your Femi Fani-Kayode who served as Minister for Aviation and under whose watch billions were carted away from the ministry, does that also count? A simple look at the history of ministries since Nigeria's existence would expose you and your race of vultures for the kleptomaniacs you are. Even in law enforcement, Yoruba people have never failed to showcase their thieving talents. Does the name Tafa Balogun ring a bell? The very man who was elevated to the HIGHEST post in the Police force, but still didn't fail to show his pathological penchance for embezzlement. The man who was supposed to catch the thieves, but ended up the king of thieves. Now, let us even take a look at your states and how they've been governed so far. From Osun to Oyo, Ekiti to Ogun, Ondo to even Kwara, the story remains the same - debt, debt, debt. Unjustifiable debt, collected in the name of government but diverted to the pockets of your vile, greedy, vaucous, kleptomaniac leaders. Iddiotic, ill-planned, vainglorious capital projects and white elephants which serve no purpose but to massage the egos and line the pockets of your "morally, ethically and spiritually grounded leaders". From Opon Imo, to OYES, YESO to OMeal, Fake IGRs to hunger games, spine-crushing penury to state-issued IOUs, dear Adminisher, the joke Is-On-U. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

And as I read through this post and all the people initially doing "Sai Buhari," I can now confirm that Nigeria is a breeding ground for gullible iiidiots who are actually not ready for democracy. |
Politics / Re: Ministers Will Be Appointed In September - Buhari by MCMLXXVI(m): 5:52pm On Nov 06, 2015 |
The man clearly said, "Ministers will be APPOINTED on September". In the end, only a ministerial list was presented on 30th September. We're in November now, and there's STILL no cabinet. Pathetic lying old man with NO integrity. |

Most of the people doing this Biafra thing are the most thoughtless, childish, emotional and gullible people in the SE. This thread is an obvious testimony. Any faker and con artist can come in here and deceive these gullible people at any point in time. Anybody. See as the widely discredited Barcanista take fool these dullards simply by singing "Old Eastern Union" and a sizeable number of the iddiots sang along Please, keyboard Biafrans, go look for ways you can be beneficial to your hometowns via development and STOP being a nuisance to the many proud Igbos like me! |

Politics / Re: Anambra Returns 1,040 Schools To Missionaries: With N6bn To Boot by MCMLXXVI(m): 9:29pm On Oct 17, 2015 |
Ahhhhhh! So THIS was where it all began? Where Anambra's academic winning streak took off. Today, the state appears unstoppable while the sophisticated dunces continue to hang on to their lies about "special centers", convinced that if they sang that tune long enough, it would change this state's wonderful fortunes. If we are to be honest, all governors should study Peter Obi's model on how to lay SOLID FOUNDATIONS instead of useless propaganda like Opon Imo and other pathetic trash, and that includes that vagabond in Imo state who still gets worshipped by gullible animals like Abagworo and Beremx while he destroys the state beyond repair. The region of brown envelope journalists gotta learn something here. |

I remember when APC hypocrites did this same thing during GEJ'S tenure, posting a picture of Jonathan addressing a scanty hall. Now it is backfiring seriously on them. NgeneUkwenu and the other shiiiit-eaters posted a cropped picture of Buhari addressing the UN, and tried to pass it off to mean the whole world was listening to the dullardd. Do you even know how official protocols work or are you just another drooling zombie who relies on SaharaReporters for her daily education? Was it her fault your dimwit of a President was more interested in packing a motley crew of consumate m0rrons like Amaechi and co at the expense of an ACTUAL CABINET OF SEASONED TECHNOCRATS? You brain-dead worshippers are so lost in your cacophony of sttupidity you fail to realise that there exist posts such as PA, Chief of Protocol, and Foreign Affairs Minister. Oh, I forgot - your septugenarian dunce of a president had already written ministers off as "noisemakers" all to the most iddiotic applause from his slow-witted supporters. Maybe tomorrow, his propagandist minions and hirelings would come again to foolishly regale us with tales on how LEAN his delegation to the USA was. "Oh, just 22 delegates! Revolutionary hero!" seunmsg: Knucklehead claiming objective. Did you also apply this objective facade when Jonathan was blamed for the kidnap of Chibok girls, instead of blaming the leader of the Maiduguri defense? Did you apply this objective reasoning when Jonathan was blamed for the bombing of the UN building in Abuja like he was supposed to pre-empt the attack and act as the maiguard of the building? Did you also apply this objective reasoning when Jonathan was blamed for the attacks on oil pipelines like he was supposed to be acting as the security guard? Your Buhari went to the USA on a selfie exercise, deceiving his gullible zombies with his so-called 'lean' delegates of 22, instead of focusing squarely on the issues that should have been addressed. Packing m0rrons like Rotimi Amaechi to discuss God Knows WHAT! When the government realised it had goofed, Garbage Shehu quickly published a statement saying they KNEW about the meeting, but it was UNOFFICIAL. Now that the truth is out, they're to save face and look for someone to blame by claiming they were not informed. Talk about a very clueless government backed by brainless, slow-witted but opinionated zombies. 13 Likes 2 Shares |

Ikpeazu's unprecedented propaganda. This fellow is trying to use the shame cheap tactic that midget Chris Ngige used - Win your election through fraudulent means and begin to desperately build roads so as to win the affection of the people when it is clear you will lose at the tribunal. All of Ikpeazu's hubris is in anticipation of a run-off, because he knows he didn't win that election. When Alex Otti eventually gets back his rightful mandate, Ikpeazu can simply go to hell. 4 Likes 1 Share |
