Lmao , the vodka part is true bro, I witnessed it. I actually came for schooling but the university portrayed online wasn't the same uni I visited in Tbilisi and that discouraged me . I stayed close to a place to sell rose flowers and I have forgotten the name of the place. We normally use the metro system . I told the guys I stayed with that I was about leaving and they said I must drop $100 for them . I told them I don't have, I have been the one feeding Them since my arrival , clubbing ( we normally visit Turkish bar ) . This resulted in a little fight between and the guy injured me with a bottle of vodka and bled for like two hours and almost died. There was a lady I normally admire , a Georgian lady and she recorded the whole scene and gave it to the police. I was surprised to see her crying close to my bed when I woke up at the hospital and she said she would make sure I get justice . The police came and they took me to the police station where I made my statement and the lady helped all through with the translation to Georgian as she understands English. The guys later came and started begging me, the police in charge of my case the. asked if I want to pursue charges or forgive them, I look my Niger guys for ground dey beg, I just told the police to forget about the case . The flight was the rescheduled for the next three days, I then stayed with the Georgian lady and we bleeped all through until I left Tbilisi to Qatar and then to Nigeria .

Sorry bro, these guys are aware about the process of traveling to Georgia and they where able to swindle you. I have travelled to georgia and my visa was stamped at Tbilisi airport and so Georgia is like a visa free country and your visa gets stamped at arrival provided you can show your admission requirements and employment later at the murtala Mohammed airport. I paid $7 at the Tbilisi airport for my visa. The living condition in Georgia is so bad and you should thank God you never stepped your foot into that nation. Nigerians live like pigs in Tbilisi and struggling to survive. Some sell drugs, fraud and all other illegal means to survive and so for someone to assure you of making $35 an hour, men that's a big lie. Even the citizens are looking for job and they beg you money at sharwama joints . I stayed in Georgia for two weeks and decided to return back to Nigeria. I went back to the school for a refund and the guy in charge Said no refund and I should forget refund and that was about $3500. I had to return fast without the refund. I am sorry for your case bro, take heart and thank God you never stepped your foot into that hole called Tbilisi , you would have known better. Next time be wise and shine your eyes.

I checked the Sapele Anglican crisis online and discovered it has been on for years. What i am reading here shows there is no difference in the way both the old and new churches taxed their pastors and members to support the leaders lifestyles, not different from the Nigerian police - roadblocks money.
The funds been requested from the headquarters or diosease are outrageous in most of the churches. Some pastors and elders have to commit all their incomes to fulfill these unending requirements.

Though the diocese is empty with prominent members all gone to different churches and promising to return of the bishop is removed . The remaining once are the one fighting the course . My brother, this one pass me. If you take a look at that at the cathedral church in that pics, you will notice the poor roofing. Trust me, the roofing has gulped close to 25million and nothing to write home about. The bishop right hand man was in charge of that project and the embezzled all the money for roofing and purchased substandard sheets. The youth complained about the issue and the bishop told the youths to go back home and get proper home training from their useless parents or they will all die. I was in that youth program when the bishop hijacked the microphone and sent everybody home. I just dey watch how this shit go end

The truth is , my uncle is a venerable in that diocese . Dem never pay the guy for 21 months now . The stupid bishop calls them to clergy meetings and tells them that is shoe is worth $800 and they should calculate that in naira and that he is not poor and nobody can remove him . He embezzled close to 60 million and threatens the priest with suspension. The guy also purchased a house in the UK and all his children are in the UK and Malaysia while the priest wallow in poverty. The least churches in the diocese with about 100 members are asked to pay close to 4million naira a year as assessment and failure to meet that amount , the bishop will punish you leaving the pastors to keep raising money every Sunday instead of preaching the word and also leavin the priest to go and beg. The churches with the highest population with about 300 members are asked to pay close to 7 million a year and once a priest fails to meet such amount, you are then transferred to a remote village. I pray the people of sapele get the desired change needed.
