I know when i hear IMF and world bank the issue of oil subsidy removal will come up.
I am ok with the removal of oil subsidy but first all the refineries in Nigeria must be working at 100% capacity and also Ajaokuta steel should also be up and running then and only then should Nigerians listen to IMF and world bank

I am going for Army recruitment screening Next Week 8th December,, and I applied as a driver,,, can I go there with the temporary one or it is going to be useless there?

When i got mine some years back i can say with an emphatic fact that the temporary slip did everything expected of the normal drivers licence except as a means of identification in banks etc.
The temporary slip is recognised and respected by those in charge to check for drivers licence.
Least i forget i think there is an expirey date on the temporary slip and if you have not been called to collect your drivers licence go and renew the temporary slip which is very easy

The amount and duration it takes varies.
You will be given a slip of paper to use temporarily and only God knows how many days it will take then you will get a phone call or text message to come for your drivers licence.

Go to a licensing office or road safety office and make sure you follow all the due process and be patient.
Don't go through touts if not you will end up with fake license
