helinues:This is practical period the Nigerian engineers are only good ay theory and not practicals as it is a normal with out universities. We will continue to see white men dont practical engineering jobs while our Nigerian engineering graduates will continue to do what ever they do best |
DownChelsea:Up Chelsea fc. I couldn't have said it better. Too much money affecting the that they sold their best player in the name of Lukaku. |
AZeD1:You are right |
winterfell007:It is better a product or produce is expensive and produced locally thereby employing Nigerians than for the product or produce to be imported and our people are jobless |
VivyZub:Sorry my bad. thanks for showing me. |
First time in a very long time that Chelsea fc is not among top 3 highest wage payers in premier league |
Mcreloaded:Modified. Banning rice exportation from Niger to Nigeria is one of the conditions given by our Nigerian government before border will be reopened. And nit necessarily a trade war per say as Nigeria holds the yam and the knife to dictate to Benin and Niger |

The Red Devils are currently languishing in 12th place in the Premier League after a dreadful start to the new season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. And they are doing so in having a record wage bill. As per Swiss Ramble, who published the numbers after United released their figures from last season, the club's yearly wage bill is a staggering £332 million. There's been a massive £100 million (43 per cent) increase in the last three years, with the likes of Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford, David De Gea and Alexis Sanchez all on huge wages. League leaders Liverpool are second with a wage bill of £264m per year, with champions Manchester City in third place with £260 million. But while the aforementioned two clubs have had the success to go with their hefty wages, the same cannot be said for United in recent years. Since Sir Alex Ferguson left after delivering a 13th and final title in 2013, the club have failed to win the league since. David Moyes' spell ended in disaster, while Louis van Gaal's FA Cup win in 2016 wasn't enough for him to stay on. United fans had hope that Jose Mourinho would bring back the good times to Old Trafford when he won the League Cup and Europa League in his first season at the helm but the Portuguese was given the boot in December 2018 after not cutting it. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer got United playing again to begin with when he came in as interim manager but United have just won five of their last 23 games and are now two points off the relegation zone after eight games this season. Their recent woes have caused Chevrolet, the club's current shirt sponsors since 2014, to end their agreement when it expires in 2021 - with the American company feeling as though they have been 'massively overpaying' without getting much in return.

Niger Republic has banned the exportation of rice to Nigeria following the closure of Nigeria’s borders. Since August 20, 2019, Nigeria has closed its borders in four geopolitical zones across the country, which include South-South, South-West, North-Central and North-West. In his address during a joint press briefing in Abuja on Monday, the Comptroller-General, Nigerian Customs Service, Hameed Ali, revealed that Niger Republic recently banned the export of rice to Nigeria as a result of the closure. He said, “The government, through diplomatic channels will continue to engage our neighbours to agree to comply with ECOWAS Protocol on Transit. “Goods that are on the prohibition list in Nigeria, such as rice, used clothing, poultry products and vegetable oil should not be exported to the country. “As a result of this closure, Niger Republic has already circulated an order banning exportation of rice in any form to Nigeria.” Hopefully Benin Republic is expected to do same as Nigerian farmers now smile to the bank with sales of local rice on the increase and beans with garri farmers smiling along with their tomatoes counterparts https://punchng.com/breaking-niger-protests-border-closure-bans-rice-export-to-nigeria/amp/ |

The Chinese firm, according to Rotimi Amaechi, the minister of transportation, will also handle the construction of a seaport in Warri, Delta state, Daily Trust reports. S :Ppeaking in Abuja during the signing ceremony, According to the bolded, hope they have checked the depth of the sea so we wont start hearing stories of how the sea port is not deep enough because of sand that it will require dredging every month for ships to dock |
Fear no let fuel subsidy removal come up. Lol Nothing IMF will not do to make Nigerian government remove oil subsidy, even if it is to borrow Nigerian government any amount they want even with zero interest they will give Nigerian government |
GOFRONT:Thanks very much for the explanation. I couldn't have explained it better. Some people always rushing to comment with out understanding what they have read. |

Psalm2423:Yes without the cap it would look like that |
Psalm2423:Its funny i know but then parade must remove all dresses or hair dresses or head dresses. Way too long ago to remember which cause then the soldiers were all otondo or was it the corpers. Lol Removal of all head dresses is done by all corpers when parade is over and as you can see the cap is held high and it is not a salute to Hitler |
Psalm2423:Guess you did not remove all dresses, lol Otondo for fit you sha. |
Mcreloaded:When the whites colonised us they always say Apes Obay when there is manial work to motivate blacks to lift heavy objects and trust we Nigerians to make it sound like Ashobay |
ENGLISH : Apes Obay PIDGIN : Ashobay |
After reading i did not see NANS. Lucky they dodged this one. |
Nbote:You have said it all, also not forgetting that there is a big difference between theory and practical just like the way our universities is know for theories and no practicals thats why when roads are being constructed you always see a white man as the engineer same with all other projects that government commission. A friend of mine says that it always looks nice and authentic when a white man poses with the project to be commissioned. Forgive me for digressing a little bit. |
No problem without solution. Who do we now blame for this gross error, is it the contractor or the government or both. Unless they just drew a straight line on a map from Ibadan to Lagos port and quoted figures from thin air to construct this railway line without checking if there are obstacles. Any way sha like i said there is no problem with out solution it is only a matter of smart thinking like this pic shows bellow.

ikyTech:Immediately after winners church along sapele road, the road beside and after the church by your left leads to winners boarding school (Faith Academy) onto Evbabogun straihht down to Upper. Also after winners church along sapele road there is this NNPC mega filling station, the road opposite the NNPC filling station is called Evbabogun road which also leads to Evbabogun and onto Upper. Beautiful houses were built in this area with wide roads and lanes and streets all well planned and as we all know winners have never failed to provide good roads in any community where they situate their schools or churches which encouraged people to build houses here but like the saying goes "there is always a first time" and i am sure with good reasons why winners church has refused to help the community even if they cant tar the road at least grading of the road once in a while will help |

Very smart move. If their rice finishes, their level of hunger will increase too.
