Blaming Jamb? U be amebo o. Let me tell u, the last shall be the first. Don't just assume that u have it all when admission list is not yet out. U should have quote me that I am blaming Jamb so I will know u are pointing fingers at me. As u point it, the rest fingers are pointing at u hope u know that? I swear I will get Med with that my score. I shall come here to jubilate! U forget that God is not sleeping. He knows why but I know that He wanna surprise me. He want to prove something to me. Is not by might neither is it by power but by his grace. I rely on his grace. Even if Uniben do not give me that course, I will still get it and go for the one they will give me but I know it wil still be around Medical science. Da kingpin: Dude whats ur agg score uniben do use catchment i think they started recently thoughgot 69 screening score 62 aggregate my jamb na bleep me up if not I try for the post ume. Others, na their Jamb na raise them up. I wish they will use screening score it will be better. U may be right o. Just two years ago i.e 2011 something surprise me. A guy from Delta state was admitted into Medicine with 50 aggregate. The thing surprise me o. Anoda gal who scored 64 from the same Delta state got the Med too. I begin to wonder if those people have Oga at the top who help them cuz it surprise me no be small. Lets wait for the list God may turn things around o. I have been sober since but whatever it is, I will take it and if uniben no give me my Med Surg, next year I promise write Jamb CBT not PPT. Cuz na my Jamb make my aggregate low so |

Da kingpin: Guy men. medicine aspirants let's here ur scores. The highest score i have seen should be di natale(69) i had63 i hope i fall into catchmentdo they really use the catchment area protocol? It seems a lot of persons score 65 and above for Medicine. A friend of mine that has been on the race with me since 2011 has just gotten Med noe cuz he score 79 screening and 68 aggreate. The guy don waka leave me be that. He is from the West Yoruba land. I don't think Uniben will use catchment o even though say I hail from Delta State |

I may still get the Med with that score if it is God's will to give it to me this year. Let me still keep my hope alive cuz last year someone scored 65 aggregate but saw differnt thing wen admission list came out. I just have to pray with that 62, God have to do something |

My Jamb really drop down my score. I wish I had 230 in Jamb it would have been better. Any way I am still hoping to see Medicine in my profile with that score. Who knows? |

Donvitalis: 2011. Get your facts right bro.2011, Uniben didn't release the results together with admission list. They first release the scores f and candidates waited for a month before they release merit admission list. Later those that didn't see admission saw PENDING on their profile and it took Uniben another extra month before they release 2nd admission list. So where did u get that info from that Uniben release result with admission list 2011? The last time that was done was 2009 before the New vice chancelor was voted in. Akhigbode01: chief Remember dat there is no particular convention which states dat all Questions will be allocated equal marks. There are some special(spiritual) Questions dat can Boost ur score. E.g, A question in which no option is correct can earn u more marks when left un-shaded and also questions with technical and logical analysis. Any way, congrats in advance...Uniben has always kept to this way of calculating their ume scores. It has been used over the years so this year won't be an exception |

jelel6: Fella, are you sure its the right formula? because 49/77*100=63. Excluding the jamb score. U clear bro?. . That is the right formula my guy. Whatever percentage they got they will then redivide it by two e.g perhaps a candidate scored 50 out of the 77 questions 50/77 *100 = 64.9 approximately 65 the 65 will then be divided by two i.e 65/2 = 32.3 perhaps the candidate jamb score was 220 , the 220 will be diveded by 8 i.e 220/8 = 27.5 now add the two together to get the aggregrate i.e 32.3 + 27.5 = 59.8 approximately 60 therefore the candidate aggregate score is 60 Thats how the calculation is being done.
