true45: the fact you guys forgot is this: He was not asked a question instead he was briefing the assembly. Him not using the exact time in his statement does not mean, he doesn't know it. the statement he made is an act of diplomacy.that is politics but you won't understand or reason before you think becuz you all point at any thing not suitable to the lame mans eyes. if the op or anybody at all would have actually watched the briefing to the end, you should see that nobody questioned him concerning the statement and even if they did he would have answered it correctly.
last bullet:
I may him hate and want him out of power but the last thing I would do is insult him cuz like it or not he is still the President And the interest of the country should come as a citizen so my support is always with him till he leaves the office.
All these so called developed country you guys are always, hyping do you think they don't have problems but becuz they no what true patriotism is ,they condemn it internally not post online so anybody can read. FYI " that how they keep growing"
I think the short coming of the present leaders is a tip of the iceberg compare to what the future holds. you guys ague, insult each other online like you don't live in the same country and make the country look like trash in the eyes of aliens giving them leverage to insult us on our own forum.
Guys as learned as you guys are,you must know that the outside world know close to nothing about this country they only believe what they read online and use them as facts. they probably haven't even left the shores of their home town. You should know that anything posted online can be seen by the whole world.
If you want to make a change about this country then every single letter you post online in a public forum about the country and its government should be positive Cuz that is required of you as a citizen that claims to care.
where you come from and who you support does not matter as long as you salute to the "Green white Green" all your effort must be to support the country. if you are always posting trash about the country then you should know that we as a people make up the country.
Nobody denies that all is well but we only course more harm than good when we keep promoting the negativity to the outside world. I mean for crying out loud the internet is not an indigenous radio house or the house of senate.
Stop posting trash about the country all in the name of making traffic. if you want the change you glamour for start changing our picture in the public eye with your resources (mb) online and fight injustice, ethnicity, corruption, tribalism nd the rest internally that is the only way we can attain the height we rightfully deserve.
the CIA called us a country with insecurity and pervasive corruption. Do have a branch here? no what of agents?probably How do they came to the conclusion? through some bad eggs politicians that loot us dry and a mass of citizen that keep shooting us in the leg publicly but keep doing their bidding to still keep them in power all for politics and money.
change can only happen when we stop all this and start doing the right thing. Change can only happen if every Nigerian can say positive things about the government? Like say $20 billion was stolen and my president does not a clue, I should come online and say something positive. Like when the government is bribing the PDP house of reps members $20,000, I should come online and say something positive. Like when over 200 Nigerians were kidnapped by insurgents and my president does not make a single statement to the Nation until some weeks later, I should come online to say something positive. Like when the government votes $10 billion for Federal universities and votes $30 billion for the entertainment industry, I should come online and say something positive. Like when my president keeps shooting us in the leg in front of the whole world by saying important things nonchalantly and without thought, I should come online to say something about the president. Brother, we can't keep pretending everything is alright when it's not, how can we continue to suffer and smile while the government is busy bathing in corruption and cluelessness. While I partly agree with some parts of your write up, I don't believe in hypocrisy. |

fx45: The irony of it all which U have wilfully chosen to ignore is the attacks always come from one particular section of the country. That my friend is a known fact and a stark reality. And how exactly did U bring Igbo into this? Did I in any way say anything to disclose my identity? U, my friend is the bigot and tribalist...
I made an observation which I have noticed over time. Certain elements from the Yoruba group are always quick and eager to pick holes in whatever this man does. It is no longer a hidden information that these attacks and criticism(most times misguided and mischievious) have consistently and persistently always emanated from one section of the country. It is a known fact. If U choose to play the ostrich, that's Ur business. The truth is that I've taken notice and so have others. U don't expect me to pretend I didn't notice.
My advice is that U guys should slow down, look back and stop these unwarranted attacks on the person of Jonathan. He is much more intelligent than all of U combined together... He has been Ur president for 6 years running now... And another 4 years is in the offing. That's not a feat for daft people. Think twice and show some respect Brother, you needn't have to spew out a lecture this much to convince anyone that you're not tribalistic. If you weren't you wouldn't have asked "What is the problem of Yoruba people?". Was Yoruba printed on the face of any nairalander, so how do you come to the conclusion that it is the Yoruba people making those comments? You're the tribalist here bro. |

fx45: Some of U are very senseless! Exactly how is the statement wrong? Over 3 months ago and 5 months ago... What is contradictory about the statement and how is it incorrect? A lot of U went to school but learnt nothing there.
In Ur anger, bitterness and unending quest to malign the person of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, U end up giving out the impression that U lot don't reason appropriately anymore. I hate to say this but "What exactly is the problem of Yoruba people?" The problem with your type is that you inadvertently fail to see that this is not an Igbo or a Yoruba political calumny. This is the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria we are talking about in case you forget. Nobody here mentioned anything that pertains to his tribe but you, my friend, had to make tribalistic comments to derail this thread. Must it always come to this? |

Rich4god: In as much as I knw that Mr president shld be specific in such matters, I didnt realy see anything wrong in this comment... Is over 3mnths ago not covering as far back as 5-8mnths... So it's ok to approximate 5 and a half months to over 3 months right? I must have missed something during maths classes. |

cktheluckyman: what is the difference bro? you just won comment ni? 4-100 months=over 3 months We have so many clueless people in Nigeria, no wonder we've one as President. Are you trying to tell me that 3months is an accurate approximation for 5 and a half months? Lets assume your age is 21, does it sound intelligible telling someone you're above 5 years old when it would had made more sense to say you're above 20 years old? |

OKDnigeria: Why do you people always look for something to criticize dis president with. If it's 5 months, is it not over 3 months? Or u don't understand d meaning of 'over 3 months'? Bro are you this clueless too. It's like someone asking how old Nigeria is and all you've to say as the president of Nigeria is "Nigeria is over 10 years old". Does 10 years sound like an approximate figure for 54 years? |

I will explain using the clues listed... 1. The entree orders are; Fried eggs=F, Hamburger=Hb, Cheeseburger=C, Vegetable burger=V, Soup=S, Ham sandwich=Hs. and let the persons be; P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6.
2. The P3 and P4 are having F and S. Its not clear who is having which yet.
4. One of P1, P2 and P3 is having Hb. Its not clear yet who is having the Hb.
5. P5=V(He is btw the person taking Fried eggs(P4) and cheeseburger(P6) since he is not P2) Therefore, P4=F, P3=S and P6=C.
6. P1=Hb( Since he is not near P3, check explanation 4)
3. P2=Hs( since he is not sitting near the persons who ordered C and Hb)
Therefore, P1=Hamburger P2=Ham sandwich P3=Soup P4=Fried eggs P5=Vegetables P6=Cheeseburgers |
